Finally I have found a nail salon that shapes my nails and toe nails the way I like. I was referred to All Seasons by a friend who comes here. I'm glad I decided to try them out. This salon is also very neat and clean inside. Nothing is worse than a dirty nail salon. This is not the case here. The staff is nice and helpful as well. I love going to Kelly who is the owner. She is also picky about her nail shape so she does her own nails. I say this to say she totally understands the pickiness about shape, and how important it is to customers. I will say if you want to go to her make sure you make an appt because she is usually always booked. In the case she is booked I go to Cindy. She is good as well and is a great back up. The 1st time I went an older guy did my toes and Kelly did my nails, but I wasn't super pleased with the older guy. He was super nice but I just didn't feel he cleaned my cuticles the way I like. He just kind of picked at them instead of what I'm use to of techs actually getting the dead skin. When I went back the 2nd time I told Kelly I wanted Cindy this time for my toes & nails (b/c Kelly was busy & I didn't book an appt) and she made accommodations for that. My sister and I stopped in on Sunday to have our nails done. The wait was minimal and the staff was very welcoming when we arrived. I was very impressed by the interior which was clean and well kept. They offered all the usual services and even had a wall of specialty designs themed for the different seasons or holidays. We both got a full set. David took care of me and was very gentle and inquired multiple times about weather or not I was comfortable. He even reshaped my nails when I changed my mind about the length. A year later and I although I've tried other nail salons, I keep coming back. There's a new nail tech Vivian that is just amazing!!! I've always wanted to get ombré nails but was hesitant because 1. They're pricey 2. Not everyone can master a good ombré. When I first asked about the Ombré she assured me she knew how to do it and even "tested" a nail for me. She absolutely mastered the technique!! Ive received several compliments and have recommend this place to a couple of people already. they've found themselves coming back. The nails also lasted about 3-4 weeks without a fill and still looked good. I've gotten ombré a couple of times. It looks so classy. If you want awesome nails, this is your place for sure! The man who greeted me at the front counter was extremely rude and made me feel like I had completely inconvenienced his life just be stepping through the front door. Unfortunately, this man, "Andrew," was also assigned to me as a pedicure tech. He made it abundantly clear that he couldn't give less of a rat's ass about making me feel welcome, or about ensuring my comfort. Half-way through the pedicure, he decided to veer from the package I paid for (green tea; the most expensive and most hypo-allergenic) and go the cheaper route because the little packets were too much of an inconvenience. A nice lady said something to him in Vietnamese, reminding him I was paying for green tea, to which he huffed, rolled his eyes, snapped a response back at her, then tried to put lotion on my legs that I had JUST told him I was allergic to (hives). Right after that, he put hot towels on my legs and left me there until they were I e cold and uncomfortable. I tried to get his attention, but he was too engrossed on s game on his phone, with his back toward me, so I kicked off the towels, put on my shoes, and left. I tried to pay for what I had already received (which wasn't worth much), but the nice lady told me I owe nothing and apologized. This place needs to remove Andrew from any customer-facing position; he was obviously dead-set on having me join his bad day and miserable life. Not ideal for customer-service in what should be a "make you feel good/relaxed" place. I took my business down the street and had a fabulous experience, where I felt appreciated, tended to, and most importantly, RELAXED. I will absolutely NEVER come back to this place - it would be like subjecting myself to a thousand paper-cuts, then jumping into a vat of lemon juice, only to have a nice lady pull me out, rinse me off, and send me on my way. I had an acrylic fill in and gel polish. The polish was not completely applied it had gaps on all my nails like I needed a fill and polish. Then not even a week (6 days) after the fill the bottom of my nail came loose and began to pop off. I was very disappointed; I get a fill every 2 weeks and this was my first time here. Let me start by saying my mother and I are not average clients. I use a powerchair and my mom is extremely hard of hearing. Bearing that in mind, this nail salon is WONDERFUL! Kelly did my nails and she was very efficient and worked to make me as comfortable as possible. My mom had Kim who was not afraid of Mom's hearing loss and chatted chatted with her quite a bit. Yesterday I had the most enjoyable experience at All Seasons Nail Spa, it was my first time there and I have to say it won't be my last. Kelly took me in and sized up my nails ( last done about 3 weeks ago acrylic), she wasn't impressed but was very professional. She didn't say anything bad about who or where they had been done just explained what and how she did things differently. The last place I went I felt constant pain and here none. One other thing I noticed Kelly's nails were beautiful done last place not so much, is it just me or shouldn't you show off what you do for a living. You wouldn't get your hair done with a person whose hair looked unwashed and unkempt right? I used to live here and loved this salon. It is exceptionally clean and you rarely wait. I happened to be back in the area so I stopped in. I went on Thursday and was helped right away, by Sunday my nail manicure was chipped on 4 fingers. I usually can get 2 weeks...not 3 days. The person who worked on my nails (I will not mention by name) was not as detail oriented as I would have liked. Painted over my cuticles, so now as my nails are growing it looks all jagged. The first receipt read $58 then when I told them that the nails was still sticky because he wouldn't allow me to put my hand in the UV light twice and he was rushing the new receipt was $72!!!! I NEVER in a million years paid $72 for a full set even going over the prices in the book didn't add up he was stuttering. The work on the nails was terrible and clumpy !!!!! I told every Women in Macy's CCS to NEVER go there on our lunch break and 2 of them agreed it was terrible and they are terrible. Acrylic reads $33 for a full set ! Add $5 more French polish or Gel sealer and only 20 for shellac !!! Where are you getting $72 from this price !? ******UPDATE:*****After their responds! I guess almond shape MEANS LONGER nails and he wasn't even doing the shape right in the first place I had to walk him through it and he was getting FRUSTRATED the entire time !! I NEVER not once stated that was my first time Getting shellac or gel!!!! I can't believe the lies told on this post! Obviously I'm not fabricating my story because it's 6 other reviews and clients that states the same experience! All you and your employees care about it taking money and upcharging your clients when you're upset that they told you to NOT rush ! I had a pretty bad gel (shellac) manicure and pedicure today and it cost the more then I've ever paid at a nail salon. The place is nice - expensive building materials were obviously used (stone accent walls, wainscoting, 6 TVs) and the set-up for the main room is pleasing. They also give you a bottle of water when you walk in which I thought was a nice touch. And the lotion they used on my feet and legs was warmed up. That was a pleasant surprise. What I didn't like was that one of the techs had their kids running around and were riding the stools back and forth, playing hide and go seek in and behind the pedicure chairs I was sitting in and generally interrupting my relaxing experience (also the pedicure tub had a plastic lining which I thought was weird and felt like I had my feet in a sandwich baggie. It was distracting to get your toes caught up in plastic wrap under water). They have different options for a pedicure which varies from "express" with no bells and whistles to the highest, most expensive level that includes wax and massage and a whole bunch of stuff. I just wanted polish and a pedicure, no frills. I said this to the tech and she said "I'll give you a basic pedicure" but in the menu, "basic" is not the cheapest. I found this out after I was done. This tech ("Denis") was pretty bad at her technique as well (see pictures). I have short nails and short toenails but I don't think this should have affected my nail polish if the tech was good at her job (I've always had short nails and never have I had this result from any other place). Toes: I ended up with polish on my skin AND MY SANDALS! They used my own flip flops in place of the little foam sandals they usually give you (which I don't mind. I'd rather be comfortable in my own shoes) and while she was applying polish, got a little on my sandals. I didn't notice until I got home. Polish is uneven and sloppy. Lots of polish on my cuticles and skin at the end of my nails and while she used a lot of acetone to clean up, missed a lot. Nails: I got a shellac manicure and if you've ever had them, you know how important it is to never, ever get the base coat or polish or top coat anywhere except on your nails because the gel will harden and create a tight seal if it's just on your nails. The gel polish will lift up and break the seal if it is anywhere on your soft cuticles or off the edge of the nail on your pliable skin. Every single nail is don't incorrectly, with loads of polish off the edge which looks like my 8 year old nephew did it and I don't expect this manicure to last the weekend. The polish in some places is dented and uneven. Tech was also slow and I was there almost 2 hours. Several times she wiped the toenail off of all polish and started over. read more

Thanks for the answer, but I have to tell you, that I've been in this salon before and every time I'm in for appointment, 1st thing I say:"please,please,please!work on my cuticles better, I have extremely dry skin, and I know my problems with my nails, so I'll tell you if I see smth is going wrong." And never got a proper attention on my cuticles. I tried to leave more tips so the next time I get better results,nope!still no progress at all! And all I wanted is a basic mani without shellac or anything, asked to try to work on cuticles with electric filer,instead, she filed my nails with it, and I won't even try to explain how bad my nails looked afterwards,bc technician should not cut the nail so deep.I wrote this review with 1 star bc I saw the difference, I know there's a right way to cut the cuticle bc I've been in a place in another country where people do the basic mani for very cheap and unbelievably good, so that even my cuticles were in good shape for a long time after. I love this place so much. They greeted me really nicely and also were very friendly as soon as I walked in the door, they even held open the door for me. After they nicely seated me they had many color variations to choose from. Once I chose my color they took care of me right away and gave me some complementary water. The woman taking care of me was very caring and sweet and we had some nice conversations as well as her being gentle and friendly with my hands. Then she was getting ready to polish and recommended me many things and polished really well. I messed up my nail on accident and they fixed it right away and were very friendly about it. I am glad I found this gem. I went in to get a manicure and pedicure. Andrew did pedicure and David did my manicure. Both were very pleasant. They took their time and you could tell they enjoyed what they were doing. Andrew would have completed my manicure however he had to pick his son up from daycare. Which was okay with me. I was in great hands with David. All Seasons was clean, and they were very pleasant. I felt relaxed and was in great company. While I was there, I overheard another customer mention she had been coming to them for 7 years. This speaks volume. I'm happy I gave this place another go with a basic pedicure! This was my first pedi ever, but none the less awesome! Clean and not overwhelmingly big like other spas around the area (yet not a small closet). Bright and open atmosphere, with plenty of staff. Cindy was very nice and took care of me as I was a bit ticklish. The tubs are lined with a disposable bag. Filters look like they are cleaned after every use, as she detached it when she was complete. She wore gloves to removed old polish & essentially wash my feet after they soaked for a minute or two. Then proceeded to use sterilized tools to trim cuticles and such. After she exfoliated my feet, she massaged my feet with a lotion then, wrapped then in hot towels for a while. Then put the weird toe separators in and painted my toes. She talked to me when I looked clueless and let me have my peace when I wanted to relax. She checked in about temperature of water & hot towels, and if something was ticklish/hurt. She also said hey to other regulars, which shows the level of service this place as improved on. Also A+ for putting my sandals back on my feet without messing up the polish! I paid with cash this day & I think it came out to $33 with tax. I think a nice deal considering all they do for your feet! They also do a express pedi for $25. A plus is they are one of the few places in the area that advertise to do a halo gel/shellac. read more

I don't want to give this any stars to be honest! My last experience at this salon was miserable. David did my nails and couldn't have been more rude. He splashed acetone on my coat as he was wrapping my nails, didn't speak to me, acted as though I was inconveniencing him, made me feel rushed to pick a color and basically hurt my fingers and nails for the majority of the time! At one point my nail started bleeding and he looked at me and asked what happened - as if HE didn't cause it to happen. My nails are bumpy - it feels as though he painted over cotton that had gotten stuck when taking of the SNS I had from before. The only thing he said to me was when I paid, he pointed to the line that said "gratuity" and stared at me as I filled it out. Very nice nail salon. Beautiful, modern atmosphere. The decor is similar to the feel of Ambiance but toned down which was completely fine with me. Extremely clean- the tech opened the tools from a sealed package. Prices are on point with all the other salons in the area. I had a manicure with shellac and my daughter got shellac color change on toes and nails. I tipped cash. My total was $90 with some change. There were 4 -5 techs working on a mon evening. We walked right in, and we were told at two other salons in the area to come back tomorrow. Which I found off putting. Great and very expansive color selection of gel . I was in town for a wedding and staying at a hotel across the street from this place so it was super convenient and had 5 stars (with only 7 reviews though) but I thought, lets give it a shot! Well, I will give this place the benefit of the doubt because it was mother's day weekend. I didn't care to wait and I didn't care about the prices being high. ( I only say this because I'm from Texas and typically my nails are cheaper when I get them done in Ohio- this time they were not) What really irritated me was the nail technician that did not care at all about my time. He kept looking around and getting up, walking away, helping people in the front where there were only 2 people waiting, I can deal with that, no big deal as long as my nails were nice. Welp, you guessed it. Worst acrylic set i've ever had. He was extremely rough on my hands, not attentive, all of my nails are different shapes (yes,I expressed this to him) AND under my nails there are clumps of polish. I spent $50.00 and ran out of there as fast as I could.
