As my toes were drying the owner asked me to give a review. He took my phone to get to the link, so I thought, then he went on to give it a high rating in all areas. He did this on two sites. Jenny was the best!!! she's gone. I went to someone different. in a week my nail polish was coming off ( with Jenny that never haired!!) I just wanted to rave about Sabrina-she was amazing. My nine year old went in this morning to have her nails done and was nervous as she has had a negative experience in the past. The nail tech who had done her nails at another business was careless with hurting her cuticles and seemed to want to get my daughter's nails done and over with as quickly as possible. Sabrina was engaging with my daughter and I and ensured she felt comfortable with what Sabrina was going to do with her cuticles. She made sure that she did not hurt her and took her time. She was genuine and super easy to talk to. My daughter was grinning from ear to ear when all was said and done and when we got in the car and left, she was ranting and raving about how much she loved Sabrina as her tech and how kind she was. She said, "she needed more Sabrina's in her life." Just the fact that Sabrina made sure to engage and was kind and friendly made all the difference in the world. Super down to earth and sweet girl. You guys have an awesome asset there. Not only was Sabrina amazing, so was the man who greeted us and made sure we felt welcomed. He was incredibly friendly himself and gave my daughter a bracelet. You could tell he cared about making sure that people felt welcomed and at ease. We will continue to use your guys' business for any future nail appointments. I have used Adore Nails for many seasons, mostly for pedicures. I feel like the quality has has gone down this year. Pedicure - in/out in 20 minutes? My feet barely touched the water. No callus removal though I pointed them out. I want to continue going there as it's convenient. Please do better! read more

My daughter went there and the lady was filing her finger. My daughter said you're hurting me and she wouldn't stop. Totally filed and clipped her skin. She was in tears. We are treating her fingers so she doesn't get an infection. They made her pay but said she would get $5 off next time. There will be no next time. read more

I've been a loyal customer at Adore Nails in Andover for a while and have always appreciated their cleanliness and friendly service--especially for pedicures, which are usually great. Unfortunately, my recent experience was disappointing enough that I feel compelled to leave a review. I came in for a gel pedicure and to have nail extensions added. I specifically asked for a natural-looking nail and was told dip powder would be the best option. What I ended up with were bright pink nails that looked nothing like what I requested. When I tried to clarify and ask if a white tip or more natural shade could be added, the tech seemed confused. A manager stepped in but insisted I had received what I asked for, which simply wasn't the case. I requested the nails be removed, and the removal was rushed and incomplete. My nails were left with residue and damage. To make matters worse, no apology or resolution was offered, and I was still charged $75--$50 for the pedicure and $25 for a nail service that didn't match what I asked for and had to be removed. Also worth noting: they no longer offer disposable sandals after applying oil during the pedicure, so I had to walk barefoot and slippery through the salon--which felt unsanitary and unsafe. I truly wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but this experience left me disappointed and feeling dismissed. Hoping management sees this and takes it seriously, because I'd love to return if things improve. read more

I took my 90 year old mom to treat her to pedicure and nails. I picked out a color of gel shellac and asked for gel on toes as well. Nail tech was very nice but took it upon herself to put regular polish on my mom's toes. I did not realize until I saw her fanning my moms feet with a paper plate. I told them I wanted gel. She just kept saying it would be fine. My mom's nails never dried and tech put her shoes 9n. What a mess!! Do yourself a favor and go to Kayla Nails. When I called to tell them, they kept saying i only paid for regular on toes. I did not ask for regular and quite frankly cost was not an issue. Poor customer service!!! read more

This nail salon was recommended to me by several people, specifically the technician Jenny. So I decided to try it out in May and then again last week. I was unable to get Jenny during my first visit, but did this past visit. However, I was disappointed in the service I received. Not sure if I caught her on a bad day or what, but Jenny was not very friendly, as she barely spoke to me and when I tried to chit chat, it was returned with curt replies. Furthermore, my polish has already chipped off after just 5 days, whereas my last basic pedicure from them lasted well over a month. While this experience may not keep me from trying the salon again, I don't think I'd recommend this particular technician based on my experience. read more

Let me start by saying I have probably visited 10 different nail salons in the greater Cincinnati area over the last 3 to 4 years. I found Adore Nails about 2 months ago. I've taken my mom on a couple of occasions for a pedicure and I go for a pedicure and a fill-in typically. Not only are the employees friendly, they do an awesome job. I have never had a better pedicure nor have my nails ever looked so good as they do after visiting Adore Nails. Aside from their service what I love is their customer service they acknowledge and speak to everyone that walks in the door, they know many many patrons by their first name, mine included, which completely shocked me!! read more

I would not recommend this place. The lady (Anna) who was doing my nails rushed on my nails like she didn't want me there. Was very rough while doing my nails. Did not like the shaping of them or anything. And everything that I wanted done, she would not even attempt to try. I even wanted rhinestones on my nails, and they told me that they don't put them on nails that have shellac?? And I'm like wow! I've always have designs and accessories on my nails before with zero problems. All I wanted was to just got out of there so I can go somewhere else so they can fix/re-do them. I loved this place for almost a year now, but clearly their popularity made them feel like they no longer need to serve the customer. I found my last 3 visits to be confusing (language issue where they clearly are disorganized), SLOW and overall just rude. I will no longer be going here and must move on to find someone else. Really sad when a business forgets why they are there. Jenny for sure is feeling too powerful and the newer people also aren't the same quality. Horrible service. DO NOT GO HERE. Went there multiple times to get my nails done & gave it multiple chances & they always mess them up somehow. I used to go here for acrylics and they wouldn't stay on for more than a week and the paint would come off easy. I went there to get my nails painted and THE SAME DAY they were already chipping and looked horrible, I could have saved my money and did a better job myself. Hi, I got my nails done with SNS powder on Saturday at 3:30. It's Monday and the polish already is off of one nail. What a waste of money. Not only that but the work station was absolutely filthy. The technician kept telling me to relax. It was so dirty I didn't want to put my arms down so I couldn't relax. She was so rough that the filing rubbed my skin raw. It was a horrible place. Adore Nails is by far the BEST nail salon in Milford! I can honestly say I'm appalled by some of these reviews. I tried many other salons in Loveland, Milford, and Eastgate areas and none of them compared to Adore Nails. I've been a loyal customer (every 2-3 weeks) of theirs for almost 2 years. They always provide high quality service, my nails look great (shellac polish), the polish lasts more than 2 weeks every time unless I'VE done something to damage them, and the health of my natural nails is still great after all this time! Other nail salons damaged my nails and used bullying/intimidation techniques to try to persuade me to use SNS when I requested shellac. Sure, they offered me a glass of wine or could get me in more quickly but these behaviors did not make up for the poor quality of service and I will not be bullied or mistreated when paying for a service. Other salons were rough, caused cuts around nails, and used so much pressure that my nail beds hurt so bad at night I couldn't sleep. You will NEVER experience any of this at Adore Nails in Milford! As far as being upset you sometimes can't just walk in and get your nails done because they are busy??? Well, I don't know about you but I can't just walk in on a whim with my hair stylist and expect to get an immediate appointment. Places that can routinely do that for you, you should ask yourself what's wrong with them that customers aren't in line for their service! I'm happy that this nail salon is busy and prosperous. I suggest you try as a walk in but if they can't get you in right away, see if they can get you in a bit later or on another day or better yet, plan ahead and make an appointment. If they can't make an appointment because of a staffing issue, work with them. It's worth the high quality service. They are a great family business and trying to make a living. You might want to cut them a break if you have to wait a little bit to get in. This is their livelihood and I wish them nothing but success! One last thing. Like I said, I've been going to this salon routinely for almost 2 years. This entire family consists of kind, caring, funny, personable people. They truly try to meet the needs/wants of every customer. I have seen them treated poorly by a handful of customers yet remained extremely professional. I know I couldn't have remained as professional as they did in these situations. Anyone posting a negative review calling this family rude, I suggest you look at yourself. 2 years ago I came here and left disappointed I posted a very friendly review on their Facebook page fast forward to today I decided to give them another chance the first thing she said to me was I remember you and told me I had an issue with my nails last time so she wanted me to check them as She goes along and to let her know if I see anything I'm not happy with I thought that was her way of making it right. my nails looked fantastic! I was sooo happy until I paid her and even went back into my wallet to tip her better I didn't feel like it was enough. after she got done with my service and I paid her she says to me "I need to let you know that since you had an issue last time you can't book appointments only walk in." How unprofessional was that I wish she had told me that before conducting my service so I could've gone elsewhere I'll make sure I don't come back to adore nails clearly their clientele isn't very important to them only their reputation. I'll take my business to Q Nails. Today it took her alittle less than an hour 2 years go it took her 20 minutes with polish and drying. read more
