I have been going here for year's. I now even take my 84 year old mom. Everyone is nice they treat us very well. It's always clean and staff friendly. I have had every service and my husband even goes now for pedicures. Elizabeth and Tan are outstanding. The price is fair especially compared to some other places. I highly recommend. read more

I watched the girl "clean" the nail brushes. She took all the ones from the dirty bin, rubbed them together under running water and threw them back in the clean nail brush bin. They do not sanitize equipment. When I asked my nail tech to please use all clean stuff to do my nails he told me to go to another salon! Kid you not. BEWARE! Dirty & rude. read more

Q Nails - Refurbished - Nail Salons Near Me - Milford, Ohio

Doesn't deserve the one star. Horrible place! I was passed around from one nail tech to another. One telling me one thing, another telling me the opposite. I was given one minute to pick an sns color, and staff was very rude. The sns was all over my cuticles and I thought tech would clean them up before applying top coat. She did not & told me I was finished. I asked her to please fix them & she was obviously angry. She made a mess out of my nails and then her sister (the owner) had me sit under dryer, but told me not to turn on. The techs husband then walked over and asked me to pay now & actually put his hand in my purse trying to get my wallet!!! I recommend going to Kayla Nails, unfortunately they were closed today read more

My daughter and 2 granddaughters went in for mani pedis, was out in 40 minutes, not very happy!

Loving my Independence Day nails! Ann is the best! Always has great attention to detail. I never leave disappointed.

I took my mom here for her first manicure ever and they really took care of us. This was the best manicure I have ever had - great attention to detail and they still look great 2 weeks later. I am very rough on my nails also so thats a miracle. They even were kind enough to fix my moms polish after she messed it on the way to the dryers. The manicurist we had said his name was Don Yuan - funny guy :) read more

This place is ran by a bunch of rude and inconsiderate people. My wife and I went in to get her nails done the day before she had our child. Wanted the nails to look great before baby pictures and all that happened. They rushed us in and out of there. They did not let her nails dry long enough before they told us how much everything was. Less than a hour after, almost every nail was chipped or the paint smeared because they were not dried properly. Called to get a partial refunded due to them not doing their job correctly. They refused, called us liars, and said it was our fault that their employee rushed us out. The call ended with their employee hanging up on me. The second call went the same with another employee. I do not recommend this place and I would steer clear! If you live in the area, go to Kayla Nails inside of Meijer instead! read more

Tried Q nails today. I had a 1:30 appointment and was taken early. I had tried SNS gel nails and wanted to stick with it, but it was so expensive were I was going. Q nails does this process much more reasonably, and I have to say my nails look great. Kenny was very attentive and did a good job. I will be back. Anyone doing gel/shellac (do they even use the term shellac, anymore?), try the SNS powder colors. Amazing selection of color, and they wear like iron. I have one nail that chips no matter what I do - not with SNS. I've had them 4 times now. My nails seem stronger and healthier, and always look good. read more

I stopped in here today to get my toenails painted. It is only the second time in my life to get a pedicure. The last time I went here a young girl took care of me and even painted palm trees on the big toes. Very cute. This time I had a older lady who never said two words to me, never turned my massage chair on and barely worked on my feet. I think she forgot about me after I sat there when she finished painting my toe nails. So I took off the little dividers and went up to the counter to pay her. She charged me $32.00 and I couldn't believe it! She did nothing more than paint my toenails. If I ever go back I will ask for one of the younger girls. BIG DISSAPOINTMENT read more

Absolutely NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE! I wish I could give zero stars! They're technically in violation in 2 to 3 health codes. I know this because my mother is a lawyer. They do not sanitize their materials. They reuse them on different people without cleaning them. They also do not have plastic in the tubs that makes that sanitary. And I can guarantee that they're lazy and do not wipe them down after each person uses it. They do not know what the technicians license is also. My mother asked to see it and he showed her his drivers license. And to top all that off they are just so plain rude! I saw that my nail had been chipped off and not done on the edges so I asked for her to do it again. She then said OK sit down and practically was so mean that she yelled at me. We started saying how he did not like all the work she had done because she just picked the finger that my designs were on and she just picked the colors without even asking me. She then said fine call your mother and I will talk to her if you don't like my work! Like she was someone 10 feet higher than us. We then got my mother come down there and she talked to them about the job they are done. The lady that had the audacity to say, fine give the BABY A discount. My mother and I looked at her and she said did you just call my daughter a baby!? And she changed her answer really quick. Everyone who works at this place needs to read this to know to be less rude and to not rush through customers just because there are other people waiting. And everyone reading this thinking of going here, don't! You should only go here if you want rude service and a horrible nail job! read more
