You couldn't pay me to go back to this place. Asked for a mani/pedi. Pedi went fine then went for my mani and the guy was very sloppy removing the old gel and started layering on new gel. I asked why he wasn't doing the manicure and he said he doesn't do manicures. He very sloppily finished my new gel. Left my hands completely dried out and my cuticles look like crap. I have flakes of the old gel stuck to my fingers. And they still charged me $90! read more

Salon was spotless, busy and cheerful. My tech was very good. I had a stroke while having a heart transplant 3 years ago and my left leg tremors sometimes. He was very kind which made me relax and my left foot did pretty good. It's been 3 weeks and my pedicure still looks great. I would definitely recommend this salon! read more

My daughter went with a friend and was not only hurt/cut by the lady, but the nails looked horrible (see picture). It looked worse in person, the nails didn't cover the entire nail, the paint was lumpy, horrible shape, and you can see the cut on the cuticle which she said bled pretty bad. My daughter could have done a better job herself for a whole lot cheaper, but being a teen, she didn't speak up & say something. She paid $60 for this! The guy that did her friends nails does do a better job but is a complete creeper that was hitting on the girls & even winked at my daughter making her feel very uncomfortable. My wife and I had to go to Vegas and then onto Europe for a tradeshow could not get in anywhere Johnny who answered the phone, got us in and took care of my wife while his wife Julie took care of me. They are a delightful couple and did a great job. They are a new business, and I really would support them every which way we could. They exemplify the American experience for immigrants. I went for a dip French manicure. I told the tech I wanted my nails slightly trimmed and the rounded shape kept. I told him I wanted the same as what I currently had but it was time to get them redone. after the first cut, i noticed how much he had cut off. I wasn't happy but you can't add them back. he then proced to make my nails square shaped. He then paints the top coat with a bright pink undercoat. I said something about how bright the pink undercoat was. I know from getting them done in the past, after the filing and buffing, the color doesn't look quite so bright. by the time he got to the buffing part, he called someone else over who attempted to "fix my nails" I told the new tech that the pink undercoat was NOT what I wanted. He filed them down a bit more, he asked if I liked then. I shrugged my shoulders and once again said I didn't like the pink, that I liked the less bright, clean look. the following pictures are what I got. Spotty, horrible looking nails. I do not have to money to go elsewhere to get them fixed, plus half my nail was cut off. I am extremely disappointed and unhappy with RB nails. I will NOT be back and I will NOT be referring anyone to them. I will say that I was given a discounted price but that does NOT help having to walk around with horrible looking nails for the next month when I'm able to afford to get them done again read more

The only critique I would make is the massage part of the pedicure....it was more of rubbing in lotion and less massage. i came in for a fill in a couple days ago and i wasn't happy with the nails but i let it be because it's not the end of the world. but then my thumb nail broke when i didn't even hit it. i came back in to get it fixed. i payed and went about my day. later on that same day it broke again. i've never had nails break on me before. i came in today after speaking with someone on the phone. i initially just wanted my money back but then he told me no. i understand if some places have a no money back policy but they didn't have anything that said they did. he tried to just fix the cracked one and i told him i was completely unhappy with all of them. they all started to talk badly about me in another language. i knew they were taking about me because they were all looking at me. he was very rude and basically said I was lying for free nails. he held my hand very hard and told me he wasn't fixing them again for free when he didn't fix them for free the first time. I paid for them. he also made them very thick and only put more acrylic over the broken thumbnail instead of taking off the nail and fixing it completely like he did the first time. I understand that they are just nails, but I don't have $50 a week to just be throwing out the window for poor quality. He told me if I wasn't happy to go find a new place and I told him I would. If there was a zero star option, I would choose that but unfortunately there is not. don't go here read more

I've been going here for years and they always do a great job! Most of the time I just get a fill-in but occasionally I treat myself to a pedicure. The pedicures are always worth the price (which is at or below other places in the area). They always are meticulous about details and the massage is so relaxing! I went here about three weeks ago and got a manicure with a friend. The technicians were great and very friendly. They did an amazing job in making me feel comfortable and relaxed. They took their time and didn't make me feel rushed. I also enjoyed the fact that they held a conversation with us the whole time we were there. They seemed to generally want to get to know their customers. They have great prices for the services they give. I plan on making this my new spot to get my manicures!!! read more

I just wasn't impressed with their service at all. The actual technicians were nice, but the service of my actual pedicure and manicure were just OK. The massage sucked and the time spent on my pedicure was slim to none. I am a distance runner so I get pedicures for the massage and relaxation factor, but I still felt high strung when I left. My first manicure as a former nail picker/biter. The tech made a couple comments that made me feel judged about the condition of my hands. My nails were fingertip length when I went in so IMO they weren't bad at all. The polish is so far shiny and chip resistant but it looks sloppy around the edges. I have a bubble in the middle of the one of my nails. I could have probably done just as well myself and saved $37. I may or may not go back.
