I had never been here so I thought I would try it as it is close to my house. The sign outside said 'walk ins welcome'. When I walked in, everyone stopped and looked at me. I was asked if I had an appointment and I said no.... the technician very rudely said that I would need to come back another time then? I was confused as they advertise on their door AND online that no appointment is necessary. Had she of been kind enough to tell me the wait time, I would have been happy to sit and wait my turn. Instead, the way I was greeted was extremely unpleasant and rude. Management : I'm suggesting that you talk to your nail technicians about customer service. I have been going to this shop since they opened nearly five years ago. It is by far the best nail salon I have been to. Tina is now doing a "dip"method and for the first time in my life I have a full set if my own natural nails. This method is actually good for your own nails allowing them to grow and providing nutrients to them. Pedicures are always great. If you have an appointment they are almost always on time. Prices are reasonable, lots of colors to chose from and very clean! read more

Annie is the best and so is everyone there. They are super friendly and do an amazing job on my nails every single time. I recently visited Pink Nails with very high expectations due to reviews I had read on Yelp. I honestly was not that impressed. I am HUGE on taking your time on the massage, as I get my nails done for the relaxation factor. I would say the massage on my feet was maybe 5 mins and the one on my hands was not even 15 seconds per hand. I was VERY disappointed in this. They also don't really include much in the "deluxe pedicure".. everything is a la carte which makes it much more expensive. They also don't turn on their paraffin wax machine in the summer.. only in the winter - what about us runners? We love the paraffin wax, it helps soften our calluses. My manicure was mediocre, if that. The guy did a great job on the actual french gel, he had a very steady hand and was professional, but my massage was TERRIBLE. There honestly wasn't even a massage, it was maybe 15 seconds per hand. I usually let my gel last 3-4 weeks and this time, it was only 2 weeks as the gel started chipping.. which means it's old or has been tampered with. ***A lot of people don't know this.. but Shellac is actually a BRAND of gel, a lot of people think that Shellac is another word for gel, it's not. A lot of nail salons say they "do Shellac" when in reality, it's just that they do gel... and don't actually use Shellac brand. Shellac is the most expensive brands of gel, so a lot of places use a cheaper version of gel. BE CAREFUL OF THIS*** Overall, gave them 2 out of 5 stars. They weren't terrible, but I probably wouldn't recommend them to anyone.. except maybe someone in a hurry. Hope this helps. read more

They were super accommodating even though it was slammed! I was in and out with some freshly fancied fingers! You cannot beat the prices compared to most other salons in the area. First time here and this is probably one of the best pedicures I've ever had. Jenny did my nails and she didn't rush at all. As a matter of fact she took a delightfully longer amount of time on my exfoliation and lotion massages on my feet/legs. It felt amazing. She was also super friendly. After a winter in hiding my feet came in here pretty rough but now they look gorgeous. Polish is perfect and I feel great. Salon is very bright and very clean. Overall a great experience. The prices were fair and now I am getting screwed over even after being such a long, loyal customer. I went to get Shellac on my toes and feet. I was told it was going to be $45 for both.
