    Another fabulous manicure from Pink Nails. This time I got a snowflake on each hand. Love it! No better place for a great manicure and very Covid safe.

    Callus still on my feet AFTER the pedicure

    Don't waste your time and money. These pics are AFTER I got a pedicure. Lady missed covering the base layer of nail polish completely. They don't remove callus thoroughly. If I go to a nail salon and still have to remove the callus myself what am I paying them for?!

Found ambiance and decides to pip in for a dip set with 2 repairs (I told the chick at reception I needed 2 tips) for some reason this was confusing, they got the manager involved to ask how they sign me in for that. Once seated the person doing my nails didn't understand that and started cutting all my natural nails off. Not happy but fine, I asked "can you make the all look like this nail (length and shape- I'd filed a broken one into a square). She said yes, and proceeded to cut them into a rounded shape. My nails were previously almond. I should have left because there was obviously a communication problem. I didn't... she proceeded to do dip and shape every nail differently. Shape was wrong, uneven length hand to hand, and the dip itself was bubbly (un-level). The tech also didn't understand how the chemicals work and brushed too much hardener on and didn't let it cure at all before putting too coat on so she ruined her brushed, then proceeded to ask coworker for new brushes as I and a tech told her they need to dry before the next step. In total, 3 additional techs including a manager had to help "fix" my nails and I had to try and reshape them myself with a file. Upon check out, my bill was $64 for plain dip. I asked for a manager, he "gave me a $10 discount" to make it right. I had been there 1.5 hours and still walked out with the worst set I've ever had. The photos are after 3 techs and myself filed and re-filed. I was asked to sit AGAIN to re-do them but by then I was already late picking someone up. This place charged different amounts for different skill levels, but there's no way this tech was at a level to charge $64 for basic dip, not even a gel top coat. Not even the $50+ with tax. Total scam, I'd never stop foot in here again. Now, a week later, most of the topcoat has chipped off because it was ruined by them filing after the fact and there's gaps under my nails because they weren't bonded properly. If you look at the photos, the purple ones were at ambience and it is hard to tell by the photos how uneven they are. The green ones are what my nails look like before coming in.

She is the younger girl with slightly longer hair and has faded color in it. She's always not welcoming but this was the first time she actually said something and I had to check her! She always acts like she hates her job! I don't get her all the time and today I didn't have her. She was doing my youngest daughter's toes! I like the other workers there! Besides her Cam and the other older lady are nice! People have bad days but she messed up when she addressed my child! My 4-year-old child at that! I'm the adult in the situation, you address me! First off the girl had an attitude when we walked in. Apparently she had finished my daughter's feet as in giving a pedi and dried them. I guess my daughter stuck her feet back in the water. I hear her say with an attitude, "if you stick your feet back in the water I'm not painting them again". Not in a funny but serious way, but in a manner like little girl I don't want to do your toes but I have to. It was like she was scolding her like a parent. I guess she must have put the clear coat on. But the water was still in the bowl. I look over and said, did she stick her feet in the water. The lady said yes in a dry, dismissive tone. She didn't make eye contact with me. I said why don't you drain the water. She says well it doesn't drain that fast kind of dismissive. She was lying because my bowl and my oldest daughter's foot bowl drained fine! She just got called out! I said what you won't do is address my child and talk to my child like that. She tried to say something and I got louder and started yelling at her and cut her offf. They she gets loud back and I'm still yelling at her! Then she says I don't have to finish, I said bye. You have a bad attitude and piss poor customer service. The manager is just standing there looking. Once she walked out. He comes over and asked what happened. I told him. I said she has a nasty attitude and has had one since we walked in. I asked if he was the owner. He said no but the owner was his friend. I said I want to speak with the owner. He makes up an excuse and says they can take my number down. I'm sure the owner won't call back. I looked at the manager and said you allow her to act like that?! That's crazy! He says no, no bad attitude or bad customer service is accepted. I looked at him confused because I couldn't tell. He didn't know what to do! You can tell she always acts like that and they just ignore her. However, she got the right one today!

Your stylist called me and told me ON VOICEMAIL: the day before my appointment told me she was sick. Fast-forward two weeks later . Then two weeks later I call you guys and tell you I might be 10 to 15 minutes late due to a car crash on the highway and you immediately told me to reschedule. You don't even try to accommodate me in anyway so keep lying keep talking lies. That's a damn shame. So I'm so sorry you guys think "hell" is such a bad word. Also this is all after my appointment two weeks before was canceled by your stylist. Never had that done before by a stylist thought. Hell I would've taken a different stylist that day. I would've even waited . But you guys just immediately canceled on me. It seemed like you really wanted to get out of there. It was close to the end of your hours at the salon. Either way, it was extremely unprofessional and instead of accommodating me by having me go to another stylist you guys just canceled my appointment. Very unprofessional they do not communicate well with their clients. I'd recommend a more established place that cares more about their customers and clients. That's a damn shame because I was gonna bring my children there. Oh and I think it's really funny how you guys said that I called and said to you that I was gonna be 20 to 25 minutes late . No one does that. No one says that they're gonna be almost a half hour late and expect to be seen. So right there I hope everyone reading this knows that you're lying. Any normal person would see that's a big bold face lie. But pop off, sis. Also folks notice the language they use "Sorry for YOUR misunderstanding" HAHA! No ma'am, no misunderstanding here. I understand fully what's happening. Thank you for your passive aggressive message. but I've taken my money elsewhere and my $25 tip that I gave your stylist. I will take that elsewhere.
