DO NOT COME HERE AND I WONT BE BACK! Horrible customer service. I had come here maybe 4-5 other times. One girl in particular, is super rude and has a bad attitude all the time! She is the younger girl with slightly longer hair and has faded color in it. She's always not welcoming but this was the first time she actually said something and I had to check her! She always acts like she hates her job! I don't get her all the time and today I didn't have her. She was doing my youngest daughter's toes! I like the other workers there! Besides her Cam and the other older lady are nice! People have bad days but she messed up when she addressed my child! My 4-year-old child at that! I'm the adult in the situation, you address me! First off the girl had an attitude when we walked in. Apparently she had finished my daughter's feet as in giving a pedi and dried them. I guess my daughter stuck her feet back in the water. I hear her say with an attitude, "if you stick your feet back in the water I'm not painting them again". Not in a funny but serious way, but in a manner like little girl I don't want to do your toes but I have to. It was like she was scolding her like a parent. I guess she must have put the clear coat on. But the water was still in the bowl. I look over and said, did she stick her feet in the water. The lady said yes in a dry, dismissive tone. She didn't make eye contact with me. I said why don't you drain the water. She says well it doesn't drain that fast kind of dismissive. She was lying because my bowl and my oldest daughter's foot bowl drained fine! She just got called out! I said what you won't do is address my child and talk to my child like that. She tried to say something and I got louder and started yelling at her and cut her offf. They she gets loud back and I'm still yelling at her! Then she says I don't have to finish, I said bye. You have a bad attitude and piss poor customer service. The manager is just standing there looking. Once she walked out. He comes over and asked what happened. I told him. I said she has a nasty attitude and has had one since we walked in. I asked if he was the owner. He said no but the owner was his friend. I said I want to speak with the owner. He makes up an excuse and says they can take my number down. I'm sure the owner won't call back. I looked at the manager and said you allow her to act like that?! That's crazy! He says no, no bad attitude or bad customer service is accepted. I looked at him confused because I couldn't tell. He didn't know what to do! When I finally decided to get them done again, I had the horrible idea of going to a salon closer to me. Went to this salon and they said they could do the design i showed them, they miserable failed. I asked them to just change to a solid color because i didn't feel they could do the design. It took two hours to accomplish horrible results, so i just wanted a plain color by this point. Lisa and the manager told me i would have to pay for a new set if i wanted to change my color, even though it was apparent they were unable to do the design i wanted. Now i am out $60 and looking for an honest and more trained salon. They also speak perfect English until they want to talk about you in front of your face. Very humiliating. read more

My nails originally short and thin , Shellac peels off on me .They recommend I should try SNS for my nails. SNS is the deeping powder , its dry instantly without an UV light. I feel bad for leaving a review that is negative because Qua the owner took his time and was charming. The first nail tec was a nightmare and couldn't even do a toe polish change and when she realized I wanted tips and coffin shape, I think she wanted to run. So at that point Qua took over. I was there for 2 hrs and was left with weird, thick and lumpy press on looking nails. Look for yourself ... what do you think? Not normal looking right? We called in advance to know if they were available for 2 people. We showed up based in their response. They made us wait 45 to do my daughter's nails and 1 hour and 45 minutes later I was still waiting for them to do mine. I asked them to please remove the previous SNS with polish remover instead of the electric machine because I had acrílic nails and the owner was really mean and disrespectful because he wanted to use only the machine to take them out even without knowing i had acrylic nails on. He removed them with a very bad attitude and never called me to finish them. When it was time for us to leave because it was already too late, a very nice older technician saw my nails and offer me to at least polish them. She apologize for the bad attitude of the owner and asked me to please go back and ask for her. But I will never ever go back to that place!!! I have heard about very bad designed on nails and bad service as well. Invest your money in a good place and don't let anyone treat you poorly. You are paying and deserve respect ! I am very disappointed with this salon. I have been a loyal customer for over a year and I called the day before Thanksgiving and was told they would be open until 8 pm. I arrived at the nail salon at 7:04 pm and was told they were closed. The lady answering the door was extremely rude. When I called to complain th o the manager she hung up on me. This place is AWFUL. Absolutely awful. Went there after they did an insanely bad job on my nails- they were bumpy and NOT what I wanted AT ALL. I went in and asked if they could fix it the next day and they said yes, and seemed very understanding. I called and made an appointment, and I went in to get them fixed. I explained it was bumpy, you can see through them, and the lines are not precise as a French manicure tips should be. I even asked her to redo my nail when she was doing it bc I noticed it had black all in the pink part of my nail- I asked if they could just do a solid color for me instead. They then started to talk to eachother in a language I couldn't understand- then told me it wasn't bad and that I needed to pay. They messed up my nails, and they couldn't do the design I wanted- I was so upset I just left. Do not come here, the only person who can KIND OF do a halfway good job is the one who messed up my nails. I was always kind, respectful, and tipped. They lost two people because they're childish and immature and unprofessional. I don't think this is what a $50 service should look like.
