As this business keeps deleting my review on google, I'm going to include it on multiple platforms. MY ORIGINAL REVIEW: messy job, the shape of each nail don't match, the paint is on my skin, acrylic is thick and lumpy on areas. The business replied, blaming me, even lied about the event that took place and we're extremely rude about (see screenshot of their reply below) MY UPDATED REVIEW: 1) I arrived at 2.15 asking if it was possible for a mani and pedi at the same time and asked if it was also possible to complete the service by approx 3.30 - at NO POINT was I informed this wasn't possible, and I was instantly sat down. Had I been told it wasn't enough time or it wasn't possible to have the mani and pedi at the same time and within the time frame, I would have happily come back at a later time or day. 2) I'm appalled at the response of the owner, at no point on my review did I make it personal, it was an honest review based on the manicure experience only (not the pedicure as that was perfect) and the images evidently show paint and lumps on my nails, which cannot be denied. But to say I need 'to get manners' is a personal attack and awful customer service and shows little respect to customers who have visited your salon to support your business. I've visited this salon several times now along with my teenage daughter. They do take appointments but we usually just pop in. They also have SNS which seems to be what a lot of folks want lately. They are extremely polite and offer you bottled water. It's not too large of a salon that you feel that your business doesn't matter. When you are there you usually see the owner, and he jokes around and gives you high fives. I feel like I am truly "shopping local" by supporting a local business and not one that is trying to overtake the market and buy all of the little salons to create a monopoly. You can tip from your debit or credit card which to me, is a huge plus! I get weary of the others demanding tips in cash. They are always offering discounts and even have a loyalty card that you can use for other discounts. If you're in Montgomery or close by, I highly recommend Attractive Nails. read more

I'm new to the area so I went here for the first time. Let me start by saying they are amazing people, friendly, excellent customer service and do a good job at the mani/pedi. However, for what I paid, I should have received a 10+ minute massage and a glass of wine (or two). I went through the services online and chose a pedicure and mani with shellac. I came in expecting to pay $60/70 with tip, I told them the choice I wanted from their website, but they handed me a menu that had completely different options, only three pedicure and two manicure options. The prices were $5 more for shellac, and the pedicure was $25 more ($55, not $30)!!! Unfortunately, I misheard David and thought he said if I did the $55 pedicure he'd give me half off, silly me for assuming when I didn't fully understand. David is extremely friendly and tried to make my experience fun, however, I would have preferred for that price a full on spa experience. After tip and everything I walked out paying $105 with an average pedicure that usually costs $30 (with shellac), most assuredly not what I expected for $42. There was not a shoulder massage and the hand massage was very brief, maybe 5 minutes. For over $100, I'd expect to have paid for two glasses of wine and paid for longer massage like 15 minutes. Also, it has been about 6 hours and my thumb just chipped :( I recommend this place if you don't care what you're spending...but sadly I probably won't return :( which is too bad because they were such nice people and Mary did a really good job! read more

As a guy, I wouldn't normally go to such a place.. however, I needed a pedicure.. badly. I am on my feet all day and don't really take care of my feet as much as I should. The pedicure was perfect which included sitting in a leather massage chair, getting a massage on my lower legs and feet and finally getting my nails and skin around the nails trimmed back. I went in to get two nails fixed and then to have my nails refiled and painted. The salon was very nice and so were the workers but when I walked in they kept telling me "10 minutes" then after 15 min they'd say 5 and then after 10 min they said 2 minutes and that took 5 minutes. As soon as I sat down and the lady took off the old polish she told me to wait a few minutes so she got up and sat at another table to paint someone else's nails. After 10-15 min I was about to get up and leave so the owner I'm guessing rushed another worker to get started on my nails. They didn't know how to fix the broken nails and they aren't as long as my other nails and they are super thick. One lady filed 3 nails and then told me I could go wash my hands (signaling she was done shaping and fixing them up) and I had to repeatedly ask to shape my nails and smooth them out. I told her I would just pay for the broken nails and leave it it was too complicated and she said ok. Then the manager rushed over to take her spot and finish my nails. Still don't look as good , I just wanted to get out of there. It took over an hour to get my nails painted. ALSO, the nails are bubbly and don't even look the best so I won't be back. read more

Attractive Nails should change its name to Unattractive Nails. My cousin and I came here to spend quality time together and to get mani- and pedicures, but this was quickly masked by the disappointment I experienced at this nail salon. The Bad: -The lady who did my nails was severely sloppy with how she did my pedicure and manicure (note pictures). She didn't discern between the skin above the nail and nail plate when painting. Some paint actually landed on my finger. Additionally, one thumb and pinky toe was not fully covered by paint. There is a LACK of attention to detail. -The job on both the mani- and pedicures were extremely rushed. 30 minutes for the pedicure and 10 minutes for the manicure. The job was so rushed that the paint below the topcoat did not have enough time to dry, and this resulted in a weird pattern when the nails were drying under the fan. At other establishments I have been to in the past, a quality pedicure usually takes around 60 minutes alone. -When nails had the weird pattern, the lady did not even bother to care or check, instead, she left it to one of her associates to take care of the problem. -The lady who did my nails either had very poor listening skills or there was a language barrier because I told her several times that I wanted my fingernails cut. She blatantly ignored this request or pretended not to hear me. -This nail shop seems more concerned about money than the quality or customer services they deliver because they asked me TWICE how I was going to pay. -Establishment appeared slightly messy as unused bottles of polish were lying around. The Good: -When mistakes were made with my manicure, one of the lady's associates fixed the problem. -Structure and decoration of the room within the building had a good ambiance. Would I recommend?: No I'm sure there are far better places to go in town other than this nail salon. It is worth the drive to get a better quality mani- and pedicure. I recently visted this salon after having issues at another place,. I had an amazing experience, it looks like they recently had new owners who were super friendly and are clearly trying to sort out the previous owners poor reputation. I saw Mary who was excellent, the business is now owned by Mary and her husband. I had a pedi , with possibly the best leg massage I've ever had, great job on the pedi. I decided to make a change and chose the SNS mani, a powder mani which looked interesting. She did an outstanding job and nearly 3 weeks later they are still growing strong, I need then redoing only as they are growing out, but the color, shine still look as good as they did on day one. Such a great experience! Nini was my nail tech, and did a beautiful job with my shellac polish. She was very careful with filing and shaped them beautifully. I went with my sister (who got a beautiful set of acrylics by Mary,) and while I was waiting for my sister to finish up, David had me paint his nails! It was such a fun time, and everyone was incredibly curteous and kind. We were there nearing closing time, so we were the only customers in the place, but we felt very welcomed and nothing was rushed. They have a great selection of polish, and a wide variety of services. I would highly recommend Attractive Nails & Spa. The place was very clean and neat, but cozy and inviting! I went for eyelash extensions. I was quoted a cost of $130, which compares to most individual eyelash application prices in the area, and my previous extensions had gotten sparse. So, the cost was in range. I thought I was getting individual, high quality lash EXTENSIONS. Extensions meaning: each individual lash would be attached to a real lash. When I saw the result, I was MORTIFIED. Not only could I see a shiny black strip of glue and lashes ABOVE my lash line, but the strip was filled with cheap, feathery clusters of lashes. There were huge gaps on one inner corner and one outer corner, and when this was "fixed," there was a space between my lashline and the fake lashes large enough to see skin. It looked WAY worse than a cheap, wonky eyelash strip. Not-to-mention, they used shiny, industrial strength glue (I'm told it was probably weave glue), not the high quality glue that's delicate on real lashes. I was a mess. I told her I'd get someone else to fix them, and we agreed to $80 just to get me out of there. They were done so poorly, they even entered my field of vision where they were too heavy and hung down on one eye. I have NEVER felt compelled not to pay for a service, but I was livid. I had been duped; I thought I was getting one thing and instead got less than shoddy work, clusters of cheap lashes, and glue that would eventually take my natural lashes out with the fake ones. I've never written a review before, but this can't happen to someone else. I attempted to elicit help from a legitimate eyelash artist, but after seeing my loss of eyelashes, she declined. They were so bad, she declined the $225 I was willing to pay for the fix! Do not allow anyone to touch your lashes. I'll post pics of the loss and clusters that have come out. read more

I have them 3 stars because the staff is lovely and is a nice relaxing environment. I have had good pedis there and ok pedis.the massage is always good. I really like the hot stones. But 2x i have gone there and had to cut my own nails the next day. My mom got shellac and they did a good job lasted her weeks. read more
