I've been here 3-4 times for pedicures and have only had great experiences…read more My favorite nail tech is Kay. She does a phenomenal job and if the massage is your favorite part she is AMAZING. I only get regular polish on my toes and they always look perfect and last long when she does them. I will say that other reviewers are correct, if you are making a reservation give yourself some padding so you won't be on a time crunch getting out of there. The salon is bright and clean with plenty of parking. Go to Hi Sushi next door to make a time of it.

Katie did an amazing job with my nails - when I came in, my acrylic nails were grown out and very…read morechipped. They were admittedly pretty bad, and starting to separate from the natural nail bed. I usually have/get acrylic nails with gel because I bite them, and I have had acrylic routinely for the past year. So, my natural nail underneath was long and I hoped I could save them during the removal process. My hope going in was to remove the old acrylic, and just do a gel polish on the natural nail - and not have to get a new full set. Katie was able to remove the old acrylic while maintaining my natural nails underneath. It didn't hurt at all. Then she added tips to three nails that had broken off, cut and shaped them to the same length. Next Katie used a special gel I'd never heard of before or been offered at any other salon to adhere the three tips and smooth out the nail. You literally cannot tell the difference. Then gave me a stunning natural manicure with a nude gel polish. She really worked wonders! I love my nails, they are finally natural and I haven't had any urge to bite them for two weeks. I really wanted to note that usually nail techs will not just add tips without using acrylic - but whatever that gel was worked perfectly and Katie knew exactly what to do to deliver what I wanted. I wish I had known about this option and been doing my nails this way for years. Now I don't need a fill the next time I go back, I can just get a stunning gel manicure. I will be back! Thank you Katie!

Okay fast forward too now…read more I can't remember her name...Lindsey I believe, not sure. BUT THE WAY SHE SLAYED MY TOESSSS BAABBYYYY!!!! I mean I should start a foot fetish channel. I got the regular pedicure. She scrubbed, massaged, painted her way into my heart. I thought I needed acrylics but she showed me I did not. If her name is not Lindsey I'll update it. BUT THANK YOU MA'AM. I went from looking like I walked through the valley of the shadow of death to walking on sunshine. I would say my only thing was I wished I would have told her to scrub my feet a little harder to make it more soft. Dead skins a mother! But either way she did a great job

Since the new owner Chloe has taken over this salon lacks customer service skills. Tom did my…read morenails, they were crooked and he cut two of my fingers, they were bleeding. He laughed and said "nothing is perfect," also refused a discount or gift card, nothing to make it right. They still charged full price, not to mention added upcharges for shape of nail and polish. Customer service sucks, Chloe doesn't know how to handle resolution, and the customer is not their priority. DO NOT GO. Also, previous reviews state they all are not licensed, and I'm inclined to believe that. There was also no apology, or more training for him WORSE EXPERIENCE IN NAIL SALON. Don't trust the good reviews, when the ownership changed Chloe wouldn't let you leave until you left a review. She and Tom are scammers!!! Came here with a girl friend to get a French manicure for a wedding I had the following weekend…read more When we arrived, we were greeted and seated almost immediately. We were originally seated together, but I decided I wanted to do acrylic nails instead of gel, and had to move because I guess the girl I originally started with could not do acrylic? It was fine, though. The nail salon is not huge and I was still close enough to my friend to chat a bit. The guy who ended up doing my nails seemed like he may have been the owner. He was extremely nice and talkative. Maybe too talkative, because sometimes it's nice to just relax and not talk in a salon-setting like this. But he was friendly and did a wonderful job on my nails. For a full set of french manicured acrylic nails, it was $35, so I was pretty happy with the pricing too. I don't typically get my nails done up in Maineville, but if I was in the area again, this is where I'd go!

Tech was abrasive when massaging my legs and when cutting the nails literally jerked them out. I was then passed to someone else that did my nails. No manicure was done. Nails weren't cut. Cuticles were done with a drill instead of cutting. I was never asked what shaped I'd like. The SNS is done thick and lumpy. I had high hopes for this salon since it's close to where I live, but left very disappointed.
