Katie did an amazing job with my nails - when I came in, my acrylic nails were grown out and very chipped. They were admittedly pretty bad, and starting to separate from the natural nail bed. I usually have/get acrylic nails with gel because I bite them, and I have had acrylic routinely for the past year. So, my natural nail underneath was long and I hoped I could save them during the removal process. My hope going in was to remove the old acrylic, and just do a gel polish on the natural nail - and not have to get a new full set. Katie was able to remove the old acrylic while maintaining my natural nails underneath. It didn't hurt at all. Then she added tips to three nails that had broken off, cut and shaped them to the same length. Next Katie used a special gel I'd never heard of before or been offered at any other salon to adhere the three tips and smooth out the nail. You literally cannot tell the difference. Then gave me a stunning natural manicure with a nude gel polish. She really worked wonders! I love my nails, they are finally natural and I haven't had any urge to bite them for two weeks. I really wanted to note that usually nail techs will not just add tips without using acrylic - but whatever that gel was worked perfectly and Katie knew exactly what to do to deliver what I wanted. I wish I had known about this option and been doing my nails this way for years. Now I don't need a fill the next time I go back, I can just get a stunning gel manicure. I will be back! if I could give them a negative stars I would , now way nails falling off after 3 weeks ! and they are rude and I told him I don't like how he did one hand he just rushed to hurry & leave and overly did it .my nails are uneven and told me they aren't suppose to be the same ... and then the prices ain't worth the services . I got a pedicure too and phewww never again the lady curved my toes after I said I want to keep my boxed shape and was also rude . my heel is now cracked and I have never got a pedicure and my feet feel the way they do . almost $200 dollars for junk nails and toes . I didn't leave a tip neither if I'm not satisfied and I'm paying why would I ? And then the lady kept saying declined loudly and obnoxiously cause she wasn't telling me how much I'm being charged so I can transfer the money over . so I booked with bora bora nails just with anyone avalible so I was put with Angela and Angela seemed nervous. She may have been new, but I did not have a good experience with her. The only thing she asked me what shape I wanted. she honestly seemed like she didn't want to be there, kept checking her phone in the middle of doing my nails.I asked her to cut down my nails. She did not cut down my nails. They were the same length she put tips on unnecessary nails that were already long, she didn't nail at all so the edges were extremely sharp. She was very rough with me. I would think that she's not very experienced will not be going back and I do not recommend Angela. read more

This place hands down is amazing! Or should I say hands up? I flew out here to see my mother and in California our nail salons are still shut down because of covid. So I haven't had a mani or pedi since before March. Being a hair dresser I know how to take care of my own nails but it's always nice to be pampered. I am beyond thankful I was able to make an appointment and just relax for a bit. I recommend calling ahead of time to make your appointment instead of walking in at the moment. They are hiring more techs but there were 3 there that day and they had to say no or come back later to a few people. So ladies please do your service provider a favor and call and make an appointment to give yourself some time with them and not feel rushed. They have an array of colors to choose from and also different type of nail options. You will be beyond pleased. Also the prices were $5 dollars more than advertised online but that is okay on my book for the great service I got. Also during these times businesses need to hike up some cost because of extra precautions and masks/barriers and such. So please be courteous and respectful of them needing to do that. Remember getting nails done is a want and a luxury type service. Not a need. Also tip your provider! Being shut down during covid and off work for weeks and months and sometimes not able to collect unemployment..every little bit can help and goes a long way. read more

worst experience ever do not waste your time. my appointment was 12:30, we showed up 12:15 to pick colors. wasn't seated for manicure until 1pm. left at 3:20pm without being able to get pedicure because took 2hrs and twenty minutes for TWO people to do simply "natural color and almond shape" in the end ruined shape of nails and I left without a top coat so 3hrs and left with nothing but roughed up cuticles from 3hrs of filing. my daughters manicure that cost $70 looks like someone stuck bubble gum to her nails. they didn't charge for my nails (I wouldn't have paid) but shocked they charged for my daughters after the awful experience tbh. read more

I went with some friends and got acrylic done on my nails and a pedicure. The lady that did my nails was not very kind and never filed them down after putting the acrylic on it, so my nails ended up very thick and don't look very good. Not good quality considering the price I paid for my nails. I would not go back sadly. read more

Went on my first visit today with my daughter Isla who is 5. I got the SNS mani and they painted my little girl's nails for just $6. LOVED the staff! So friendly and accommodating.
