Absolutely horrible service and quality I will never go back!!!!! She was chasing a worker there outside left me and my daughter in the store alone and then lied about the price for my daughter and then I got to looking at our nails when we got in the car and they are just f****** horrible!!!!!!!! Never ever ever again I paid over 100 dollars for me and my daughter to get our feet done and her nails painted not done just painted I shouldn't have paid for this at all with as horrible as it is.....and I will find another place to go for sure don't go here you will not be happy with the work or the price read more

I recently moved to Middletown and thought I'd try this place out. I asked for a manicure and pedicure. The pedicure was fine but this is the WORST manicure I've ever had! I asked for almond shaped nails twice but she cut them in the coffin shape. After correcting her AND showing her a picture, she assured me that she would file them into an almond shape later. After 2 hours and $134 later, this was the result. The salon did not look sanitary nor did the tools she used. Needless to say I will NEVER be returning. read more

I would give zero stars if I could. Terrible decor, mediocre work, and absolutely terrible customer service. All i said was there was too much white on my mom's thumb nail for her french manicure and one of the brothers who I guess is an owner said "Do you wanna do her nails?" I said excuse me and he repeated himself. So RUDE! Then I gave him a tip and he handed it back and said I don't need this. I said this is the worst customer service I have ever had and he said I am the owner..... Okay? So you think you can treat people any way you want because you own the place? I hope their business fails. My gel manicure was decent at best. My nails were shaped uneven and my cuticles are a mess. $69.00 for that, no thank you I will never go back. read more

Been a few times. I like to come here because of the price, $20 for gel finger nails. Other places seem to be more expensive. My most recent visit was a little rushed though. I'm guessing the guy had an appointment just a little after I walked in so he was rushing to get my nails done. Like he didn't bother to swipe the sides of my nails clean where the polish had gone over or anything. And he was talking to the woman that had the appointment rather than me.. That was a bit awkward. But I give this place 4 stars because all of my other previous visits resulted in beautiful nails! read more

First time in the salon, and I was very impressed. Thomas did an excellent job. All the other salons I have gone to for a gel change scrubs the prior gel off too fast and it ends up hurting my nails. He took the time to do it right (without me asking - I just assumed the other way was how it was done). No rush job here. Really impressed. I went to Avoir for a manicure a few weeks ago. The man doing my nails talked me into trying the "SNS dipping powder" manicure, so I willingly tried it and paid more. Unfortunately, my nails were chipping after 2 DAYS. They looked awful! I called the store and told them about what was going on and they took my name and number down saying that I could come in and get my manicure redone for free. So I went in and told them my name and reminded them of my free manicure I was supposed to get, and there were 3 young men working-- none of them polite. They said "we can't do anything for you." Thomas, one of the workers, was very rude and claimed that he couldn't help me out because his manager wasn't there. I asked him to look in the book for my name and number that they had recorded, and he refused to do so. One of the other workers was more interested in going into the back of the store to make his noodles than he was in helping us. Nobody was friendly, they were all sitting around on their phones just shooting the breeze and not offering to fix the situation for us. I told them that I had proof (my receipt and the picture of my chipped nails) and they still refused to help us or to verify my name and number for the free manicure. Very disappointed-- not only in their poor communication skills but also in their unfriendly demeanor and laziness. Don't go here! read more

My mom and I came in for a birthday treat and got our first manicures ever. We felt very well taken care of, and our nails looked amazing.

I was visiting from out of town and took my mom and niece for a pedicure treat. We weren't sure what to expect (I hate to pick a place not knowing it) but we were extremely happy. The techs were so friendly and made us feel at ease. This was my mom's first pedi so she was a bit unsure but they were great. They did a great job and we came away happy and relaxed and so pleased with our toes. read more
