After a few second she asked if I had an appointment and asked what my name was. She said she was going to find someone to give me a tour since it was my first time in. I told her okay and started looking at products. Then the staff member that was in the phone asked if I had been checked in and I told her yes and the lady went to ask someone to give me a tour. She said "she isn't even suppose to be the one checking people in, can you come over so I can check you in?" It seemed a little unprofessional and chaotic. From that point everyone did a great job explaining the check-in process and giving me a tour of the facility. It was clean and I loved the little tea light candles they had throughout. My specialist SHONDA was wonderful. She was very kind and did a great job with the massage. She made sure I was comfortable and checked in to make sure her pressure was good throughout my session. She created a welcome and relaxing space and did a great job focusing on problem areas. Thank you Shonda for the wonderful massage experience.
