My messages were polite, constructive, and focused on the work itself. Instead of feeling heard, I felt dismissed. What ultimately convinced me not to return was a later interaction regarding a broken toenail. When I called about having it repaired, I was told they would fix the toenail, but that I should find a different salon because I wasn't happy with their work. I explained that my concerns were only about the most recent service and that I had enjoyed coming there in the past, but I was still told to go somewhere else. I found that response surprisingly harsh and unprofessional given how respectful I had been throughout every interaction. Customers should be able to raise concerns about a service without being told to take their business elsewhere. Mistakes happen, and not every set will be perfect. What matters is how a business responds when a customer has a concern. Unfortunately, the communication and customer service left me feeling unwelcome and undervalued.

I've gone here for everything from my wedding nails to birthday nails and so many occasions in between. This was also my husband's go-to place when he wanted to buy me gift cards. I've supported this salon for years and genuinely wanted to continue being a customer. I actually had a previous experience here that I was unhappy with, but because of how long I had been going to the salon, I decided to give them one more chance. Unfortunately, I deeply regret that decision after this experience. This particular appointment was especially important to me. As a mom, I rarely get time to myself, so I actually hired a babysitter specifically so I could have some much-needed time to relax and be pampered. Instead, I left the salon extremely upset and in tears over the way my pedicure turned out. There were multiple attempts to fix the issue by Tracy, who did my service, spending more than 20 minutes trying to correct my toes. I even asked the manager/Don to fix it, but instead he just stood there translating. Unfortunately, even after those attempts, I was still unhappy with the final result. I left in tears because no one even apologized to me the entire time I was there and Tracy huffed and puffed the entire time she was "fixing" the problem. She literally made two of my nails longer than they were with nail polish. Like, what? I reached out afterward because I was genuinely upset and hoped the salon would make the situation right. I was offered another opportunity to come back and have it fixed, but after already having multiple attempts made to correct the problem, I was not comfortable returning for another attempt. I requested a refund instead, but my request was refused. Don told me to return to have it FIXED AGAIN. Let me just hire another babysitter. What hurts the most is not simply that the service didn't turn out the way I expected. It's the way the situation was handled afterward. After more than a decade of being a customer, I expected my concerns to be taken seriously and for the salon to work with me toward a fair resolution. I gave this salon another chance after a previous disappointing experience, and unfortunately, this was the final straw for me. After more than 10 years of loyalty, I never expected to leave feeling this disappointed and unheard. I will not be returning, and I sincerely hope management takes this feedback seriously. Customers--especially longtime customers--should feel valued and respected when something goes wrong.

No new package/file/clipper was used (no way to know if they were cleaned in between customers). Colors do not match. (Gel polish on toes and dip powder on fingernails without communication ahead of time). Cut on toe and finger from cutting cuticles too short. Uneven ends on fingernails, as some were very rounded and same nail other side went upwards and sharper corner. Uneven length on nails are very noticeable, and quite a bit shorter from one hand compared to other. Charged $55 each, for a total of $110, plus tax, $117 total. I realize there is usually an up charge for gel. But $37 plus $10 (which was listed as the gel amount) is $47. Two other employees checked out the fingernails, and if they noticed they were uneven, between the three employees, no one offered to fix them. For that price, these nails should be even and colors match as requested. Will not return unfortunately.
