At this price point, I expect professionalism, reliability, and basic customer care. Repeated cancellations and cutting services short without resolution is unacceptable. When I walked in I was told it's by appointment only, I explained to her that I couldn't get through but all she said to me was sorry and they were having trouble with their phone lines.
