I've been there at least five or six times and still haven't found anyone that will spend the time to give a good mani/pedi with the end results of pampered cuticles and filed smooth nails. Had three appointments 3:30 and 3:45 didn't take us until almost 4:20. Started pedicure didn't soak nails at the same time. Tom did my nails and stayed on his phone 75% of the time then got frustrated when he was talking to me and I didn't answer because I didn't know he started talking to me. He nipped my skin with the drill I jerked away and said ouch he said don't jerk and I won't get your skin. Then he dug his fingernail so hard into my thumb it dented in I said ouch again he said I didn't hurt you I put glue under your nail. YES you did you dug your nails into me. I asked for a design when I first sat down he started to mount the top coat on so I asked if he was going to do the design. He was annoyed when I showed him and said You want all that? It was a red and gold bow on all fingers. I said yes. He came back and said red is just fine? I said I guess then told him just to do one finger so I can go. The design was not even completed. All they kept sayin was sorry we have been busy all day. Then you shouldn't take appointments! We drove over an hour to get here and have dinner reservations at 5pm. should have had plenty of time. We actually needed up leaving one person of our party so other could attend dinner with the out of town family we were meeting. I've gone to this place a bunch of times. I was there two weeks ago with my mom. we understand that they were closing early. But she asked them if they could remove the color of her nails while they did her feet. My nail tech (I'm not going to say his name) yelled at me to tell my mom that she couldn't do that. Instead of focusing on my nails, he was more concerned with my mom. I had to yell at him for being rude to my mom. While we were leaving my mom had to put on her shoes. Instead of being patient, he yells at my mom. So, I had to tell him that she was just putting on her shoes. then he rolled his eyes at me. I've had my nails done for 3 years, but recently moved jobs to Harrison, so I decided to try some place new, as my usual spot is all the way in Mason, and I live in Harrison as well.....poor decision on my end. I went in on a Monday after work at 4:30 for a pedicure, and French shellac fill in. The place was jam packed full of people, and rather than letting people know that they would have to wait, they just kept telling people "it will be a few minutes"....this was their first mistake, as I was there for 3 HOURS!! Other people were getting so upset that they were just walking out, which I would have done too, but they had me stuck with my hands in acetone to remove old shellac. The pedicure was great, but the fill in was awful and an entirely different story. The guy first argued with me when I said I wanted an overlay on top of my natural nail. An overlay, not acrylic, an overlay...I've been getting them for years, yes I know the difference. I then explained how I like them filed, he decided to do his own thing, and I kept having to stop him and tell him that he was filing too much. Long story short, he repeatedly was cutting my fingers/cuticles with the drill, and honestly didn't seem to notice at all. My fingers were sore for days after, which I have never had this issue before. If you want a nice pedicure, I would recommend this place. If you want a nice manicure without an injury or an argument, look elsewhere! read more

HORRIBLR HORRIBLE HORRIBLE ! do not go here. The younger looking man was rude as f***! And did my nails in a rough manner and I had him to tell him to stop hurting me multiple times. He out on a nail crooked and argued with me about it. Then after arguing with me he took it off and put a new nail on crooked. He rushed the whole time and was very mean. No nail is the same! I dont even know wat shape this is bc it's not square at all! The pink and white ombré on one hand looks fine and the other the he took the white all the way to my cuticle doesn't even look like ombré. This was the worst nail salon I ever went to. save your money because it's a waste. I'm so upset n it was 70$. Then he told me he wouldn't do my nails bc it was past closing time. so now my toes look like sh** along with my nails. I'm so pissed. read more

When I went for an acrylic fill, the owner/manager said he could not do acrylics and let another woman go in front of me. She was doing the powder "dip" that they prefer to do. He said acrylic fill takes a more professional level, that they did not have. After a while, a young man did do my fill and he did a good job, but he seemed embarrassed to let me know that the place charged $25 rather than $20 per fill. Hopefully they are more helpful from the beginning for the acrylic fill, but if they are going to be so difficult, I may have to rip off my acrylics and do the powder "dip" that they specialize in. read more

Tells you one price, you confirm the specific type of polish/service you want for the price then after they take your polish off they double the price. Completely unprofessional. Also they give people an appointment time and you still wait 30 minutes after your appointment time to even start getting polish off. Very unprofessional. read more

I have been going to Harrison nails for about 6 months. I usually get Pink & White acrylic nails, I have had many different nail techs and all have been great. Pedicure's are amazing too. Splurge for a citrus or parrafin pedi you will be living like a queen. They take their time and never rush. I went today and switched from acrylic to my natural nail with SNS. I AM SHOOK! Love them. Like I said I normally get a pink and white, but today I got a soft slightly sparkling ombré. I'm hooked. You won't be disappointed go and get pampered. Can't wait for my next visit. read more

Went in on a Saturday for a pedicure and manicure. The pedicure was great however the manicure was another story. I asked for shellac, for one they don't even have the real CND Shellac. I asked for French, the gel was thick and uneven. Definitely not smooth, and very bumpy. It's been on for 3 days and the polish on my nails is lifting all around the cuticles and catching on everything. Very disappointed. Paid $75 for this and disappointed. A guy named Andy did my nails I specifically asked for pointed nails but not crazy sharp because I have a baby at home he ended up making them exactly how I wanted and towards the end he cut off the point and said they were "coffin shape" he was very unprofessional he took to personal calls while doing my nails got up multiple times to sign in other people when there was a man already in-charge of doing that. I ended up going back and getting my money back because I was already pissed they weren't the shape I wanted & on top of that they where uneven this is the worst experience of my life. I've been here a couple times, however this past Saturday will be my last. I went with a friend to get pedicures, they sat us down in the chairs and ran the water. It was busy so we didn't dock them for the wait time, however when they begin my friends pedicure, they didn't begin mine for about 15-20 minutes after she was in to hers. The nail technicians we had seemed to be pretty confused on asking us what we wanted and didn't want. I told the lady I did NOT want my toe nails cut (I had just cut them and they were short enough). About half way through my pedicure the lady gets up, walks across to the next customer and starts his pedicure. Some other technician sits down and begins cutting my toes before I could stop him he had already started. I was furious! Today we found out that they charged my friends card $5 more than what she had paid for with tip, so they added an extra tip to her card. Wow. Will not be back. read more
