Best place to get nails done. Been coming here for over 20 years. I have NEVER been disappointed.

The service was terrible. The first thing they say when i picked my design was that i "could not afford" what i wanted. They continued to act rushed and angry doing my nails. The woman would sigh so loud when i asked for anything. I ended up getting a solid color so i could get out of there, the girl sliced open 2 of my cuticles and continued to pour acetone on top of my open wounds and sighed when i pulled my hand back. Ended up paying 90 dollars for nails with no apex and a solid color. Don't recommend go across the street for great service and cheaper prices. read more

I have been going here for 5 plus years. With a few late appointments in total. I have had a few disappointments in the 5 plus years sure. Quinn the owner has done something to make it right. it helps if you schedule your appointments with the same technician so they get to know what you prefer. If I could give 0 stars I would. I got SNS with tips on Monday and my nails are not the same shape or length. My pinky finger nail is completely crooked it's TERRIBLE. Plus the color was not the color I asked for and for $70 I am horrified with what I received. I called to speak to the manager and she said the person I had do my nails doesn't work there and that I called the wrong place.....as if that person disappeared after 2 days. Then she said "whatever you want them fixed you come when I'm free to fix them" and hung up......... Will never recommend this place, and will stop going there read more

Made a reservation for a bridal party about a month in advance, when we showed up they did not have any record of our reservation and we waited quite a while to be seen. No one sat together or next to each other so it was pointless to have come together. The inside is nice and everyone's nails looked nice at the end, I would just not come here for big groups. They need a better system for reservations. read more

Nice and clean facility that was able to get a walk in appointment immediately. I didn't know that having painful cuts on 8/10 fingers was included in their services though. Very happy I didn't come here for my wedding nails- I would have been so upset if I had since any up close photos of my hands and ring wound have been ruined. I won't be returning. read more

My daughter. Granddaughter and I made an appointment to get our nails done. They got pedicures and I got SNS. They didn't start my granddaughter's pedi a half an hour after her mothers. While they were doing my nails I pointed out the color wasn't even close to what I picked out. She said it's ok,my manager picked it out. While we were leaving, I pointed it out to the receptionist. She said maybe they were out of the color. I said that they should've given me another option and not picked it out for me. read more

I got SNS and my technician did a great job and my only complaint was that she got quite a bit of glue in my finger tips but as soon as I asked she fixed it. I went to this nail salon with my niece to get our nails done. Our appointments were at 11 and we did not get taken back till close to 11:30. The male nail tech did not even introduce himself. With an attitude asked about the color I would like on my nails this time and I told him the purple I had brought back with me and white and he said 2 colors??? He then proceeds to use the drill to get my gel nail polish off, like I've had done at other nail salons, but does not get all the polish off. Then he starts to get the product out to start doing my acrylic fill. I ask will you please get all the polish off before you start the fill. He says it will come off. I ask again will you please get all the polish off before you start the fill He says I only put it here and points at the bottom of my nails. I said I understand but I would like all the polish off please before you start. He pushes my had and says it will come off and is very rude about it I said you do not have to do my nails I can go somewhere else. He pushed my hands again and says fine I'm done. To make this experience even worse the owner of the salon starts to argue with me about it and says I was wrong and he was right and it would have come off. I told her I've been getting my nails done since I was 18 and this is the first I've ever had someone not get all the polish off. Then she proceeded to talk to him in their native language and gestures toward me. I have never had an owner argue with me and not try to fix the situation. I would NEVER go back there or recommend this place. On top of it all she was rude to the nice young lady who was at the front answering the phone and getting customers signed in and also walked around the back yelling at the nail techs doing their jobs. Got me in without a wait time but terrible job! The technicians kept switching back and forth so I didn't even know who to leave a tip with. Despite my multiple requests to shorten my nails they are still too long and VERY thick for sns powder. If you go, ask for the male... he's the only one in there that knows what he's doing. read more

I allowed my 14 daughter to go with her friend, first time ever without me. They charged her $66 for tips and SNS, only 1 color too! I called to ask what the general pricing is, $45 is what she said. The 'owner' gets on the phone and continues to repeat whatever every time I ask her to rectify the situation and refund the overage. Mind you I go here 2-3 times a month for my own needs. BEWARE!! I went in for a poish change on my toes and a gel polish on my nails. No pedicure, no manicure. My total was $53.78.. When I asked how much my toes were, I was told $15. When I asked how much my fingernails were, I was told $25. That's $40. I stated I was charged $53.78 and then two workers started arguing in vietnamese, and the other one that didn't do my nails said my total was $48. I won't be back. Most painful manicure I've ever had! Not sure what the man's name was who did my nails, but it was awful. He literally took the power file to my cuticles and then filed around my nail beds while cutting me even more. Two days later and cuticles still hurt. The SNS is also way too thick. Terrible job and experience. I went here with my best friends 15 year old daughter as a fun treat and some relaxing bonding time. The girl who did my nails didn't speak English and just did whatever she felt like doing even with me telling her (and the person next to her translating to her) that that's not what I wanted. I told her shorter. She said she would file them shorter later. She never did. The manager was SCREAMING at one of her employees trying to kick her out (to the point that I thought 911 was going to get called) which went on for the entire session (1hr) that I was there. Stressful, uncomfortable, not relaxing, and left with super ugly, messed up nails... I returned the next day to just take everything off and was told "Whatever" and to sit at a table and then was "forgotten" (according to the owner ). Someone finally gave me a soaking bowl and pretty much called it a day. I asked if someone could at least buff my nails to make them look at least half way decent. Couldn't even do that. The owner came over, scratched up my nails and said it was done. I was just speechless... I told her (the owner) never mind I'll just finish/do it myself at home. Didn't offer to refund me or apologize or even TRY to make me feel better. So wasted 3hrs of my vacation, plus $35 for messed up nails and now still have to head out to BUY a buffer set for my polish less nails... What a shit place! read more

So my daughter called yesterday to find out the price on a gel pedicure (gel polish). They told her it would be either $40 or $50. We came today and they said it was $55. So there was bad communication there... after much discussion they only charged us $50. It ends up they have a $40 or a $50 pedicure but the gel polish is $15 extra for either. But that's the least of my concerns... if you want a massage with your pedicure do NOT come here. I thought she was just putting lotion on my legs/feet prior to a massage, but I guess that WAS the massage? Honestly it was less pressure than I would use to even put lotion on my own legs. Very disappointing. I have to say the polish looks great and no cuticle injuries... But there was very little pedicure involved... very little cuticle work... she used the "grater" on my heels, but barely, She didn't even get all of the calloused spots off of my heels... And no coarse foot sponge work after...She didn't even file my toenails once until after she had painted them. Honestly this is about a $25 value for what we got... It was basically a polish change and a nice dose of lotion on my legs and feet. We won't be back. read more

Absolutely terrible experience. I had a walk in and got in immediately, the only reason why I'm giving two stars instead of one. I had an SNS manicure and the manicurist (the owner of the salon) went over my original color with a darker one to make it more opaque resulting in a total of 5 layers of SNS powder, leaving my nails way too thick. She tried to fix it by filing down the polish, leaving thin spots where you could see the nail bed. Terrible shaping of my nails and when I called to ask if she would re-do them free of charge she was incredibly rude over the phone. You could find a better place for way cheaper. read more

They do decent work, but beware of upselling. While you're sitting there getting a pedicure they will pressure you into spending more money.
