I went here today. Staff was very kind. Honestly, I think I just had the wrong nail tech... I know some people have had great experiences but mine was terrible. I can't believe I paid for this. I keep my natural nails long so opted for a manicure. My nails were cut so short they hurt, filed atrociously, and the polish was uneven and all over my fingers. read more

I went here today because the place I normally go to raised their prices a bit. And I can honestly say they did the BEST job. everyone was nice and professional. Anna did my nails and did a fabulous job, payed close attention to detail so no messiness. She made my acrylic tips w SNS look very natural which was all I wanted. Prices are as good as it can get. Not happy with my pedicure at all, and I'm really not that picky about my nails. They left small sections of my nails unpainted and left polish on my skin. Those are relatively small mistakes that I could've let go had the guy not dug into my big toe so much! I'm assuming the tools were dirty because it's a week later and I have an infection. It was a wonderful experience!!! Anna did my pedicure and she was excellent. Her foot massage was extremely soothing and felt awesome! She took her time and took care of any possible in grown toenails. It was THE BEST pedicure I've had! Naomi did my nails. I've been going here for a few years on and off and the service has got worse and worse . Recently (today) I was in the salon. I came and signed in no one greeted me or anything. I just wanted a SNS mani . Two ladies cane in about 10 mins after me . When the owner called for me she thought I wanted a pedi and once I corrected her she asked me if I could come back and let the two ladies go in front of me . I won't mention that my ethnicity didn't match any of the other customers (including the two ladies who came in after me but were still about to go before me ) I have NEVER experienced such bad service ! Even one of the ladies mentioned I could go Before her because I had been there longer but the owner still refused ! I think Naomi and Ana and the pedi lady should find someone else to work for ! read more

Inexperienced, not clean, poor service, high prices for low level of quality. Came here when I randomly got off work an hour early and needed a manicure nearby my boyfriends house before dinner. They charged $26 for removing my gel and a manicure. If was unclean & they attempted to soak my hands in acetone vs wrapping my nails. She also filed and buffed my nails excessively to the point where I had to stop her bc she was making my nails so thin and actually like taking the skin off around my fingers. I would not recommend you go back unless it's absolutely your only option. read more

They did a nice job on a Tuesday night. It was a last minute decision to go in after i realized a place I usually go is closed on Tuesdays. At first I just wanted a manicure, basic w nude color, then I asked if she had time for a pedicure....she said yes so after the fingers I looked at the difference between the basic and spa pedicure and decided to splurge. It was very in depth service, over an hour probably. Nice pedi chairs w massage, tv on for entertainment...a lot of exfoliation on legs and feet so the pampering was very good then the nail job itself was also very accurate. My fingernails didn't chip or peel before removing the polish myself. I'll probably go back! read more

Negative stars are not available. I ran in to get a quick fill while I was waiting for a delayed flight on 6/13. It had been two weeks since my last fill so my hands were not in terrible shape but there was some separation. The shop only had one other customer and while the normal steps were followed, I basically paid $45 for a polish change. By the end of the evening on 6/13 I had two nails that had broken. I went here tonight for a pink and white fill and had a horrible experience. I was told it would be a five minute wait and Natalie sat me in her chair a her station and put my nails in acetone (unusual for a p&w fill). She finished a pedicure and proceeded to wax a woman's brows and lip even though the lady came in after me. Thirty minutes after I came in, Natalie returned to do my nails...which were practically gone after soaking for so long. I've gotten enough fill ins to do them in my sleep and I've never seen one done like she did them. By the time they were done, the white tips we crooked and my nails were showing underneath. The had white specks all over them and since she had another client she was going to let me leave with them like that . I told her they looked awful and she did a super quick fix that didn't solve much. She charged me thirty five dollars and told me to come back tomorrow if I want them fixed. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER at a nail salon. DO NOT go her for a pink and white fill in. They jus don't know what they're doing. Natalie was nice, just poorly trained or too bus to care. read more
