The stylist stated that she could do the blonde highlights not sure how well it will lift but said she can do it. I stated no problem I know it might take a few times to get it to where it needs to be. Overall after a long time under the dryer she checked and stated it's not lifting to what she wants and asked what I thought if I wanted it lighter. I stated if she could do it that would be great but is my hair going to be okay? She said I can't do it much longer but that my hair would be okay. I had been under the dryer for a total of 4 sessions of 20 minutes each. Long story short she fried my hair it now is breaking off and will shrink up like an accordion. My bangs are half the size of my pinky because they broke off and shriveled up. She stated put a mask on it will be fine. I did for 24 hours and it came out in a huge amount in a brush after I washed the mask out. I called and said I wanted a refund to which she stated come in later for it. I did and they were closed. I came back 5 more times during the regular business hours and they continued to be closed. I asked for the refund when they were finally open and she lied stating that she never said I was getting a refund that she wanted to look at my hair. When I stated I don't want you touching my hair again I want a refund she stated we don't do them and I was told to leave. So unprofessional. They shouldn't be open. Never ever go there.

It's almost impossible to get into this place if you work a 9-5. I've tried countless times and…read morethere's always something that happens to make it impossible. I once reserved a spot online and on my way there it cancelled my appointment as I pulled in the parking lot so it had to put me at the end of the line again which was an hour wait. If you go there during normal business hours you'll most likely see a paper sign saying they closed early due to staffing problems, such as today which is a Saturday and they're closed by 1 even though hours say differently online. The only reason I give 2 stars is the times I have been able to get a haircut there, they've done a great job. Wish I could get it cut there more often.
