My wife used to do her own nails. I sent her to QT to get them professionally done. Hasn't done her own nails since.

Bob fit me in the day before Mother's Day and did a wonderful job on my nails. Relaxing atmosphere and they were very polite, did not cut or hurt me at all! read more

I think bao does a great job unfortunately the woman who worked there today Annie is extremely rough with the drill ouch. My nails came out lumpy and un even it was obvious she felt uncomfortable with rounded nail shapes probably because she lacks experience. Next time I will make an appointment I'm sad I had to pay for these nails. Bao offered water Annie did not it's clear she needs more training read more

he always makes my nails look good. anytime i go somewhere different i call him to see if he can fix what they messed up. this is the best place over ever been read more

I usually come here. I do my nails with Annie all The time. She does such a great job with my nails and feet. I do recommend to call head if you are in a hurry or want a Specific person. If you want your cuticles cut you need to say it ahead of time if not usually they won't do it as you want it. At first I wasn't sure about this place but since I've gone multiple times I love it, thanks Annie. Pay with cash it's cheaper! read more

Customer service was the best out of any nail salon I have been to, Great prices compared to other salons. The place was newly renovated and very clean. The only recommendation I would make to the nail tech is to be a lil more gentle when cutting cuticles and filing nails. It was kind of painful. I'm very picky with my nails and would definitely recommend this place. Overall very satisfied with the way my nails look and happy with the customer service. The manager even offered to fix my nails if anything chipped within two weeks which is better than most places. Would return again read more

My friend got eyelashes here, and they were supposed to be good for TWO WEEKS. Fell off two days later, and we went to get more put on, and the guy here was rude. He then told us that the glue wasn't good enough to use. WHY USE GLUE ON PEOPLE IF THE GLUE IS NOT GOOD. This company is just here for the money, and we will not be back. read more

Honestly I wish I could say something nice but they couldn't have done a worst job on my nails if they hired a meth addict to paint them.... they are un even and gross, they look like a 4 year old of painted them and the service was awful and rude. I wish i could give under 1 star because my nails look so jank, I want to go back and ask them to redo them however I feel like they would do them just as bad. Worst nail salon ever. read more

My sister and I were very pleased with our visit on a quiet Thursday afternoon. The basic pedicure was anything but basic. Probably the best and most attentive pedi out of the last 10 I've had- very thorough- no attempts to add on- and best of all -not rushed! Toes look great and feet are baby soft! Thanks QT! read more

I get regular pedicures in the open-toe sandal season and occasional manicures, and have been struggling to find a salon that combines fair pricing with good customer service and quality output. So far, QT Nails is one of the better salons in the area. Other salons I've found quite rough (I have pretty sensitive/readily bled cuticles) but QT offered a warm greeting upon arrival, a reasonably short wait time for a walk-in, a nice open and bright atmosphere, and friendly, knowledgeable technicians. The pedicure was stellar. The manicure decent. I'd go back again. read more

I am very particular about my nails and went here to get an ombré white/pink by Bao after seeing the excellent job on a friends! I am more than satisfied with my nails and the customer service I received! The nail salon is also very clean and well kept! This is going to be my new nail salon! Highly recommended read more

Got a manicure here one day.... . three days later in the ER getting my nail removed. They put some kind of bacteria under my nail. It's been horrific! I'm even contemplating a law suit. read more

I had high expectations. I researched and this place seemed to have the best reviews. I was very disappointed. Nails on my right hand are longer than on my left hand. Asked for coffin shape and my two pinkies are a messy glob. Had to file some of my edges down because they were very sharp. Not worth the money. read more

Wow, where to start? I went there for a quick polish/design on my toes and that is it. First, I had one nail tech start on me and then she proceeded to get the owner to do the design because it was too "complicated." The owner came for like 5 minutes, but had to leave to address a customer service issue involving a customer who just got finished. The customer was complaining that the nail tech failed to properly remove her purple polish and that her nails look terrible. She got them done for a wedding and now had to rush to a hair appointment. The owner told her to come back next week. The customer repeatedly told her the wedding is tomorrow at 1 and she is booked. The owner just kept saying come back over and over instead of waiving her fee and giving her a chance to come back--that would have been a true customer-centric way to respond. In the end, the lady paid and left fuming mad. That whole time (about 15 minutes) I was just sitting there waiting. Then I hear the owner yell at another nail tech to tell her that she will be finishing my nails (3rd tech to work on me by that time). The nail tech asked me what design I wanted and I told her that my phone died but I had shown the picture to the owner who was then working on me. So she asks the owner, and the owner just yells, "I forgot." In the mean time another customer who left about 5-10 minutes ago came back through the door questioning her bill total. Apparently, a wax was supposed to be $12 but she got charged $16. The owner said something along the lines she removed more hair than the $12 price covered. The overall experience was a nightmare involving one customer after another leaving unhappy. They also charge more if you pay with a CC which is illegal. I sincerely hope that the owner changes her customer service policies and ensures that the prices that are advertised are consistently honored in the future. I, however, will not be back. read more
