I called the first phone number of the employees/owners list. She said the other employee/owner is doing the spray tan to try to call her. At the same time another business owner in the same office building was leaving so I was finally able to get inside. I go to the floor Luster Tan is on and find their door is locked/all the lights are out. I was very confused. I try call the other employee, who was going to perform the tan, and it went straight to voicemail. I know I had my appointment time and location correct based on confirmation email I received the day before my appointment. See picture. It's very annoying I booked this appointment a month in advance and received two confirmation emails then no one there. And no one tried to reach out to me, even after I called. Maybe you actually do good work but I will never know. I know I will not "try" to use this company again.

I understand that prices can increase, but blindsiding clients and taking their money without proper notice or options is completely unacceptable. After being a loyal client for three years, I unfortunately can no longer recommend this business.

I looked up tip and shaved and exfoliated before arriving and did not put any products on my skin. The girl at the desk was very helpful and explained the differences in the spray tans. With her help I decided to get a tan that shows instantly and added moisturizer. She then walked me to the back and explained the process to me. They have barrier cream to put on hands and feet. I wish I would have used a but more but it was fine. There is a hair net to cover your hair but don't let it sit on your forehead. Last, there are sticky pads for the bottom of your feet. Once you get in you stand as directed and push the button. It's over in a matter of 2 minutes and you step out dry. She was not kidding when she said instant! I was immediately tan and it looked great! There was no orangey tone it was very natural. When I got home my fiancé said I looked thinner but he couldn't figure out why. . Now I feel like I have to come back every month!

Don't trust the good reviews, when the ownership changed Chloe wouldn't let you leave until you left a review. She and Tom are scammers!!! I'm open to trying another location which was closer but did not answer when I attempted to call ahead.

She was off, but knew how important this was to me so she made some major arrangements and got me in for an appointment. This woman is so great, she had me come to her HOUSE because she knew how much this meant to me. I did the walk of shame into her house, but she fixed me right up again. This is obviously not a normal practice of a hair stylist, but April goes above and beyond and it has meant the world to me. I have gotten to the point to where I can go in there looking like a train wreck and come out looking like a Mercedes. I tell her to do whatever she wants and I always come out feeling amazing. I can get a cut, multiple colors & my eyebrows done for an extremely awesome price. If she leaves I'd follow her anywhere because you just don't find such amazing customer service as what I've found with her. April is one of the few who I've found that doesn't view this as just a job. She takes pride in making you feel great about yourself, and if you don't she won't let you leave until you do. I'm always reading where women are looking for a new stylist, and whenever I can I send them to April. She is awesome in every sense of the word and you are doing yourself a disservice if you don't go to see her. I would give her double the stars on here if I were able to. Jenny was my nail tech. As she added paint to my nails, I asked if it was too late to narrow the…read morenail--she said yes, making too narrow would cause it to lift. I said "okay, that's fine, no worries then". Well, after she added the paint, she started to make the nails more narrow (even though I didn't want this) and then showed me how it caused an issue with the polish. She proceeded to take off all of the nail polish & said that she now had to make all the nails more narrow because that's what I wanted. It was in fact, not what I wanted. Haha She seemed upset. I told her she should be upset with herself because I didn't ask for this.. and now she has to do double to work to fix something that didn't need to be fixed. I was in tears at this point because I felt bad for the misunderstanding. When I tried to explain to her that I didn't ask for this.. she kept saying "it's over with". She should work on her listening skills & not make things harder for herself. And maybe be more polite when your customer is trying to clear the air that this in fact was not my fault.
