I came with a friend and it took 4.5 hours to get a mani/pedi. I was not expecting to spend my entire day here. Also the quality of the manicure was terrible. I had it done yesterday and it is already chipping off because it was applied to thick. My nails are uneven, not filed, and the tech did not touch my cuticles. I kept asking why she was not doing things and she kept saying that this was her method and gave me her resume on where she teaches... anyways - 4.5 hours later my manicure looks horrible.
