I attribute the weight loss to getting up and showing up 4 days a week at the Spa. I am definitely feeling better and doing more activities. I'll tell you later how I restored an inch in height. Here is the equipment I use. The Hydration Station: It's like a steam room in a large capsule. I go for medium setting. I elevate my knees into the steam cloud along with my hands. The arthritis feels much better. The Sun Angel: Not for tanning purposes. For me.We set it to Essentials. The light frequency lets your body develop vitamin D naturally. I think this has helped my bones as well. Be sure to wear eye protection. 3. I also use the Cocoon and the Poly. The cocoon operates on infrared (IR heat). It's like crawling into a heating pad sooo good. No arthritic pain after that for me. Temporarily but getting better. I use the red LED on the poly. I'm not really worried about wrinkles but it does help. 4. The Beauty Angel is the maximum red light therapy you can get. When I come out of there my whole body feels charged. The mitochondria (battery in each cell of your body) is stimulated and can work harder) get charged up. This too is good for arthritis. I keep my arms above my head to help the lymph nodes under my arm and expose my Gluteus Maximums. Places where the sun hardly ever shines. 5. The HydroWave. My first experience with it was I heard my backbone ripple and relax. This is always the last thing I do before I leave the Spa. I really do believe I got back my youthful stature of 6'2 from just relaxing. When the operators are not at the front desk. That means they are helping someone or inside the equipment cleaning it. Customer service is always good but I've been a customer for 8 or 9 years constantly and it's crazy…read moreto me my main location has a whole 2 diamond beds in an area that has alot of people with a solid income so they can afford the upgrade to a better bed. They offer specials to upgrade to the next level at a low cost and basically reward you for being a platinum member because you don't have to wait for a bed when they have 8+ of these beds. I pay nearly $90/ month and only tan 2 or 3 times a month and depending on the season I can't get the bed I prefer. I've complained about this for years and nothing changes, as has MANY others as ive heard them or the works thank me for not yelling at them for the wait. I only stay because it's convenient to use palm beach, not because I prefer it. I get a $50 reward every 3 to 5 years now when it used to be annually until covid, juat had one expire. I really am starting to contemplate being a customer as it truely doesn't even seem worth it or pay less to not have to wait every time. You really need to offer a credit every time a customer has to down grade their bed because this company is to cheap to add another when one of these diamond beds is over 10 years old. Keep making your money and stealing from your customers palm beach... can't wait for another company to blow you out the water one day... your not about your customers your about profit and gain, just look at the ridiculous lotion prices on top of lack of upgrading beds I'm comparison to the price you charge!

While I though the facility was alright, they didn't have very many machines, but it was never busy when i went. My initial issues are the different hidden costs that made the initial payment around $100. This was communicated at the final moment at checkout. I still made the decision to try it out and after a little over a month I decided to go with another workout facility. Once i canceled, they charged me over $50 cancelation fee. Roughly $200 just for a little over a month. I will not return to any Workout Anytime facility. Unless you require after hours I would avoid this place as you will be paying a lot more than there advertised price.
