Check them out! :)

After I paid for my monthly membership, the business raised its monthly sunless prices and then…read morerefused to honor the membership I had already paid for unless I agreed to sign up for the new, more expensive plan. They also refused to prorate or refund any portion of my payment. According to the employee I spoke with, the owner has a blanket policy of not issuing refunds under any circumstances. The owner was not very polite either while on the phone. I wasn't informed of the price increase until two weeks after my payment had been taken. After initially denying me access to services I had already paid for, the owner's "resolution" was to allow me to use the service just one final time on Monday (7/14). I understand that prices can increase, but blindsiding clients and taking their money without proper notice or options is completely unacceptable. After being a loyal client for three years, I unfortunately can no longer recommend this business.

I looked up tip and shaved and exfoliated before arriving and did not put any products on my skin. The girl at the desk was very helpful and explained the differences in the spray tans. With her help I decided to get a tan that shows instantly and added moisturizer. She then walked me to the back and explained the process to me. They have barrier cream to put on hands and feet. I wish I would have used a but more but it was fine. There is a hair net to cover your hair but don't let it sit on your forehead. Last, there are sticky pads for the bottom of your feet. Once you get in you stand as directed and push the button. It's over in a matter of 2 minutes and you step out dry. She was not kidding when she said instant! I was immediately tan and it looked great! There was no orangey tone it was very natural. When I got home my fiancé said I looked thinner but he couldn't figure out why. . Now I feel like I have to come back every month!

While I though the facility was alright, they didn't have very many machines, but it was never busy when i went. My initial issues are the different hidden costs that made the initial payment around $100. This was communicated at the final moment at checkout. I still made the decision to try it out and after a little over a month I decided to go with another workout facility. Once i canceled, they charged me over $50 cancelation fee. Roughly $200 just for a little over a month. I will not return to any Workout Anytime facility. Unless you require after hours I would avoid this place as you will be paying a lot more than there advertised price.

So my legs and arms and face were tan but where clothes were, wasn't. I thought maybe I would try again so I waited till the next week and the machine that I went into was down so they put me into an upgraded spray booth and honestly, I liked that booth a little better because it did dry a lot more than the other one and didn't come off on my clothes so I felt a lot better about it, but later that day I have turned into the biggest splotchiest orange out there . I have streaks all over me. It is so splotchy. It's embarrassing when I have to Undress now. I got this done for an outdoor event coming up and now scrambling to find something to get all this off. My fingers and elbows look like I've been playing in dog shit all day and looks like I'm dirty. I have pictures for proof. So I went in today to show the employees what I was seeing and unhappy with and canceled my unlimited package that I only used twice and they really didn't feel sorry for me or apologize or maybe offer my money back. They just said OK you're canceled. I wont be returning.

I called the first phone number of the employees/owners list. She said the other employee/owner is doing the spray tan to try to call her. At the same time another business owner in the same office building was leaving so I was finally able to get inside. I go to the floor Luster Tan is on and find their door is locked/all the lights are out. I was very confused. I try call the other employee, who was going to perform the tan, and it went straight to voicemail. I know I had my appointment time and location correct based on confirmation email I received the day before my appointment. See picture. It's very annoying I booked this appointment a month in advance and received two confirmation emails then no one there. And no one tried to reach out to me, even after I called. Maybe you actually do good work but I will never know. I know I will not "try" to use this company again.
