Drove 30 minutes way and was sitting in the lobby when Rachel came out and asked the receptionist how I was able to book my appointment online since she's allergic to acrylic and of course I'm hearing this and after a few minutes i finally said I called directly and booked my appointment. She asked if her coworker could do my nails since she's allergic had an open time. After she went to the back and came back in I was informed her coworker wasn't there after all. Rachel did off to do my nails and at this point I was uncomfortable and was not going to let her do my nails since she's allergic. Instead of making me so uncomfortable she could have come over and directly told me the situation.

I explained to him that I've been doing yard work and mentioned that he could wash or wet my hair down. He never washed or wet my hair. He didn't even use a comb to separate the hair while cutting it! He literally had me stand up to trim the back of my hair never using the comb once! The entire haircut took less than four minutes. I thought he was joking when he said "so are we good here?" It was BY FAR the worst $28 experience of my life. I just wanted it to be over. I blinked and it was. I don't even know how this business has good reviews!! And honestly, it was the only reason I went there. I'm truly baffled by how this establishment has a 4.8 rating on Google. DO NOT BE DECEIVED Anyone can write reviews including, but not limited to, relatives and employees of this establishment! My child could've gave me a better haircut than I received from the so-called owner!!!! I recently came here and had cold…read morefusion hair extensions put in and the hair was pretty but I told her I wanted my hair to be all one solid color so basically by the this time my hair is finished I'm looking at it and I tell her that it does not blend she told me that when I got home to wash it and that it would blend so I did then as I'm washing my hair my water is turning dark brown so I'm like okay that's weird I'm guessing that was bc the hair I paid almost $400 for is fake and so I get out let my hair dry and it looked like the extensions were months old and my hair did not blend at all so I call and tell them this and make an appointment so I go in and I'm explaining to her all of this as she's saying I didn't take care of my 4 day old extensions that are supposed to last for 4 months and still trying to tell me it blends so I ask her to speak to the manager then she responds by saying well what is the manager gonna do he doesn't know anything about extensions and I said so I still want to speak to him then she just keeps going on and on oh yeah and before this I let her cut my hair to which she completely chopped my hair so I started crying and left so my husband goes in to speak with the lady because I am balling my eyes out at this point and ask for a refund which they denied and made a bunch of money excuses so at this point I look like I've been struck by lighting then hit by a car and I paid $700 for all of this I will be taking my business else where. I called the first phone number of the employees/owners list. She said the other employee/owner is doing the spray tan to try to call her. At the same time another business owner in the same office building was leaving so I was finally able to get inside. I go to the floor Luster Tan is on and find their door is locked/all the lights are out. I was very confused. I try call the other employee, who was going to perform the tan, and it went straight to voicemail. I know I had my appointment time and location correct based on confirmation email I received the day before my appointment. See picture. It's very annoying I booked this appointment a month in advance and received two confirmation emails then no one there. And no one tried to reach out to me, even after I called. Maybe you actually do good work but I will never know. I know I will not "try" to use this company again.
