I called the first phone number of the employees/owners list. She said the other employee/owner is doing the spray tan to try to call her. At the same time another business owner in the same office building was leaving so I was finally able to get inside. I go to the floor Luster Tan is on and find their door is locked/all the lights are out. I was very confused. I try call the other employee, who was going to perform the tan, and it went straight to voicemail. I know I had my appointment time and location correct based on confirmation email I received the day before my appointment. See picture. It's very annoying I booked this appointment a month in advance and received two confirmation emails then no one there. And no one tried to reach out to me, even after I called. Maybe you actually do good work but I will never know. I know I will not "try" to use this company again.

Glow tanning 8 month review: My name is Robert and I am 82…read moreyears old. I was 225 lbs. and 6'1" with arthritis in both elbows and knees. Now 199 lbs and 6'2". I attribute the weight loss to getting up and showing up 4 days a week at the Spa. I am definitely feeling better and doing more activities. I'll tell you later how I restored an inch in height. Here is the equipment I use. The Hydration Station: It's like a steam room in a large capsule. I go for medium setting. I elevate my knees into the steam cloud along with my hands. The arthritis feels much better. The Sun Angel: Not for tanning purposes. For me.We set it to Essentials. The light frequency lets your body develop vitamin D naturally. I think this has helped my bones as well. Be sure to wear eye protection. 3. I also use the Cocoon and the Poly. The cocoon operates on infrared (IR heat). It's like crawling into a heating pad sooo good. No arthritic pain after that for me. Temporarily but getting better. I use the red LED on the poly. I'm not really worried about wrinkles but it does help. 4. The Beauty Angel is the maximum red light therapy you can get. When I come out of there my whole body feels charged. The mitochondria (battery in each cell of your body) is stimulated and can work harder) get charged up. This too is good for arthritis. I keep my arms above my head to help the lymph nodes under my arm and expose my Gluteus Maximums. Places where the sun hardly ever shines. 5. The HydroWave. My first experience with it was I heard my backbone ripple and relax. This is always the last thing I do before I leave the Spa. I really do believe I got back my youthful stature of 6'2 from just relaxing. When the operators are not at the front desk. That means they are helping someone or inside the equipment cleaning it. I gave her almost two weeks in advance notice as I do not like to change things very last minute. Jaqueline agreed to he change. Come to July 26th appointment, I show up 15 minutes early as their profile on Google states they are open at 9am during their days of operation. I got to the door and notice all of the lights were off and the door was locked. I immediately emailed Jaqueline to let her know I was there. No response. My appointment was at 10am and I waited for her until 10:20. I emailed her again to let her know I waited 20 extra minutes (after driving half an hour to this establishment from my home) I gave her my phone number in case I did anything wrong, but also included a screen shot of our conversation in case I made a mistake. Jaqueline texted me back with a very "sincere" apology as well as a nice offer and to let me know we can reschedule. I tossed out a date but received no reply. I waited an entire week for a reply because we're all human. I got ghosted. Now I'm out $300 with no eyebrows and no faith in ever going back to any type of establishment that offers such a service because my trust has been completely broken and my feelings hurt. So my legs and arms and face were tan but where clothes were, wasn't. I thought maybe I would try again so I waited till the next week and the machine that I went into was down so they put me into an upgraded spray booth and honestly, I liked that booth a little better because it did dry a lot more than the other one and didn't come off on my clothes so I felt a lot better about it, but later that day I have turned into the biggest splotchiest orange out there . I have streaks all over me. It is so splotchy. It's embarrassing when I have to Undress now. I got this done for an outdoor event coming up and now scrambling to find something to get all this off. My fingers and elbows look like I've been playing in dog shit all day and looks like I'm dirty. I have pictures for proof. So I went in today to show the employees what I was seeing and unhappy with and canceled my unlimited package that I only used twice and they really didn't feel sorry for me or apologize or maybe offer my money back. They just said OK you're canceled. I wont be returning.

I have a VIP package and pay around $40 a month for unlimited tanning on the level two beds. You also get a discount on their tanning lotions and a $5 any level tan on Monday's if you're a VIP. The employees are always so nice and helpful and my favorite part about coming here is how CLEAN everything is. I very rarely have to wait for a bed to open up and if I do it's usually only a 5-10 minute wait. I've been going here 2-3 times a week since last fall and I've never had a bad experience.
