Everyone I came into contact made every effort to help anyone I saw in either location. I really feel sorry for them. The owner; however, must cut corners to the extreme and people should know and prepare to absolutely not get what they pay for in good faith prior to receiving service. Multiple beds are down every time I go in there. He doesn't compensate people for having to use a lower level bed because the higher level bed hasn't worked for WEEKS. Funny that he continues to sell that package. I've had beds shut off while I was in them (he blames this on everyone but himself). He refused to give me a refund when after paying for a spray tan the machine wouldn't work. I paid upfront, IN GOOD FAITH, thinking I'd actually receive something for my purchase. So for my inconvenience I'm told I cant have a refund because "all sales are final". Well, this jerk didn't sell me anything because it didn't work. He offered another service. There is no other service I want from there...with inconsistent functioning of his equipment it might take months for me to be made whole. He even refused to give me a lotion to break even..something that helps to mitigate my loss. I have watched the employees in this place call this "owner" repeatedly for help when machines don't work, when they are new and not sure what to do. I've overheard him chastise them when they ask questions. I have even heard his deep sighs over the phone because he must be too busy to be bothered by people trying to work with equipment that often doesn't function properly. One gal even offered to call her family member who was an electrician to see if they could troubleshoot something while I was standing in front of her. I don't recommend anyone go to this place. What a joke. I feel sorry for the folks who work so hard for this horrible business owner. Thought maybe it was just a run of bad luck because stuff happens and I get that. It would be nice if the room was a little more soundproofed or located further back in the building away from the road; I could hear lunch hour traffic rushing by on the street about 20 yd away. But other than that, this was a great massage, and I've had plenty over the decades. A lot of therapists these days slop through the motions, but Karen really has a pinpoint, accurate understanding of the human body and I give her full props for 90 minutes of targeted, firm pressure body work. Me having slightly arthritic hands, I greatly appreciate her stamina! I left the appointment, amazed with an amount of flexibility in my neck and shoulders I haven't felt in probably 10 years. My 82 yo mom loves it here, too. There's a plethora of skilled service providers and lots of face, body, general wellness treatments to choose from.
