I just looked at my bank statement, and they took out another payment, after I gave a 30 day notice. I called customer service, and she told me that cancellations have to be made by calling or emailing Glo Tanning. I told her that I understand the policy but that the employees should make customers aware of this and not just take down information for it not to be taking care of. Customer service was not friendly and was no help therefore they will no longer get my business in the future.

I called the first phone number of the employees/owners list. She said the other employee/owner is doing the spray tan to try to call her. At the same time another business owner in the same office building was leaving so I was finally able to get inside. I go to the floor Luster Tan is on and find their door is locked/all the lights are out. I was very confused. I try call the other employee, who was going to perform the tan, and it went straight to voicemail. I know I had my appointment time and location correct based on confirmation email I received the day before my appointment. See picture. It's very annoying I booked this appointment a month in advance and received two confirmation emails then no one there. And no one tried to reach out to me, even after I called. Maybe you actually do good work but I will never know. I know I will not "try" to use this company again.
