I actually called and did the appointment on the phone. When I got the confirmation it was for gel and I called back to let them know it was for acrylic. Was told Rachel wouldn't have time that day so we scheduled for today. Drove 30 minutes way and was sitting in the lobby when Rachel came out and asked the receptionist how I was able to book my appointment online since she's allergic to acrylic and of course I'm hearing this and after a few minutes i finally said I called directly and booked my appointment. She asked if her coworker could do my nails since she's allergic had an open time. After she went to the back and came back in I was informed her coworker wasn't there after all. Rachel did off to do my nails and at this point I was uncomfortable and was not going to let her do my nails since she's allergic. Instead of making me so uncomfortable she could have come over and directly told me the situation.

The clinic was super clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The provider, Shkurte, did an amazing job educating me about the procedure, explaining everything we planned to do during the session, and answering all my questions. She wasn't pushy at all and was upfront about what I should or shouldn't get done. She made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the process. Their prices are incredibly affordable as compared to other places out there. I definitely recommend getting the annual membership package, it saves you so much money and is the best deal I've ever seen. Overall, it was a great first time experience, and I will 100% be returning to her in the future!

Becky Brunner Face…read moreForward Aesthetics Skin Care, Medical Spas Beavercreek, OH Jan 9, 2025 Clients BEWARE! The worst results I have ever had. I had Botox and cheek filler performed at the Beavercreek, Ohio location. The Botox on my forehead was uneven leaving one eye higher then the other eye and I still had significant wrinkling over one eye. The filler I asked for on my cheeks has been a nightmare. When the nurse was injecting me she was putting the filler under my eyes when I had told her to place it on the flat areas of my cheeks. I have previously had over the past 2 years been seeing a facial plastic surgeon for my injections but he was unavailable over the holidays. I told her I had never had fillers placed under my eyes yet she continued. The results were horrific! The skin under my eyes had turned white ...known as blanching from improper injecting. This also left large puffy bags under my eyes that I never had before. When the nurse was finished I was still left with the same issues I came in with and a bill of $989.00. When I called the next day I was told I needed to wait at least 2 weeks for a consultation. In the meantime I saw my plastic surgeon and he was quite concerned and shocked with the uneven, unnatural, and unnecessary placement of the filler under my eyes leaving what is called FESTOONS (large bags). When I went for my follow up at Face Forward I came to find out the nurse who did my injections was no longer there... I wondered why?? The staff clearly could see my concerns and offered to dissolve the filler they had put in the wrong area (under my eyes) and wanted to charge me and additional $650.00 to put the filler in the proper place. so in essence they wanted to dissolve their mistake and the filler I had paid $650.00 for. They should have put it in the correct place to begin with. They don't listen and place the fillers where they want to. What a terrible , unprofessional lack of follow through patient care. Face Forward did not stand by their work they are more concerned about making money at the expense of there clients. I also want to note that I returned immediately after my follow up appointment when I realized I had forgotten my car keys to find the entire staff laughing.,So disrespectful. Save your money and a lot of headaches ..stay away from Face Forward.

It'd be a great place to go to get someone a gift who's away from home (Ohio). Anyway, their skin care products are pretty cool too. I smelled a few of the fragrances and some smelled nice. I tried a sample of their lotions and your skin super moisturized. Although I'll warn you that the main smell in most of their lotions is similar to the UdderlySmooth lotions you'd find at either Trader Joe's or Dollar Tree (in travel size). If you're not in to that smell, you might not like the lotions at Seabolt and Co. Also the lotions/body sprays are more expensive than say, B&BWs.

The cashier apologized profusely several times due to my unexpected wait. Once called back to what was supposed to be the waxing room, I was a little surprised to see a back room that looked to be a broom closet under construction with peeling paint. It was the polar opposite of the front part of the store which is elegant & beautiful. Afterwards, I was only charged for the half price Brazilian so I'm guessing the underarm wax was comped due to my 45 minute wait. I was appreciative and bought some lovely smelling pineapple bath salts for $6. Making things right is good customer service. I would like to give it another try but only if the waxing room looks a lot more inviting.
