I have been to many med spas in multiple states and Face Forward Aesthetics is hands down THE most honest and "truth in pricing" organization with which I've ever dealt. I say honest because it's important to know that they don't sell you services that aren't right for you! I had another company in town sell services that were useless for me -- I fell for it. Regardless, Face Forward Aesthetics has ALWAYS been honest in their recommended services and because of that, I'm a client for life. The services I've purchased from them have led to fantastic results. Listen up folks, don't fall for some random sales person "consulting" with you...if it's not the individual who is going to perform the service, don't buy anything or allow the salesperson to lure you to buy services. I had Botox and cheek filler performed at the Beavercreek, Ohio location. The Botox on my forehead was uneven leaving one eye higher then the other eye and I still had significant wrinkling over one eye. The filler I asked for on my cheeks has been a nightmare. When the nurse was injecting me she was putting the filler under my eyes when I had told her to place it on the flat areas of my cheeks. I have previously had over the past 2 years been seeing a facial plastic surgeon for my injections but he was unavailable over the holidays. I told her I had never had fillers placed under my eyes yet she continued. The results were horrific! The skin under my eyes had turned white ...known as blanching from improper injecting. This also left large puffy bags under my eyes that I never had before. When the nurse was finished I was still left with the same issues I came in with and a bill of $989.00. When I called the next day I was told I needed to wait at least 2 weeks for a consultation. In the meantime I saw my plastic surgeon and he was quite concerned and shocked with the uneven, unnatural, and unnecessary placement of the filler under my eyes leaving what is called FESTOONS (large bags). When I went for my follow up at Face Forward I came to find out the nurse who did my injections was no longer there... I wondered why?? The staff clearly could see my concerns and offered to dissolve the filler they had put in the wrong area (under my eyes) and wanted to charge me and additional $650.00 to put the filler in the proper place. so in essence they wanted to dissolve their mistake and the filler I had paid $650.00 for. They should have put it in the correct place to begin with. They don't listen and place the fillers where they want to. What a terrible , unprofessional lack of follow through patient care. Face Forward did not stand by their work they are more concerned about making money at the expense of there clients. I also want to note that I returned immediately after my follow up appointment when I realized I had forgotten my car keys to find the entire staff laughing.,So disrespectful. I had my first Botox session today, and it was an excellent experience. My wedding is in 3 weeks and they were able to get me in right away to give my face enough time to heal before the big day. The clinic was super clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The provider, Shkurte, did an amazing job educating me about the procedure, explaining everything we planned to do during the session, and answering all my questions. She wasn't pushy at all and was upfront about what I should or shouldn't get done. She made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the process. Their prices are incredibly affordable as compared to other places out there. I definitely recommend getting the annual membership package, it saves you so much money and is the best deal I've ever seen. Overall, it was a great first time experience, and I will 100% be returning to her in the future! read more

First, I would like to say that I have spent a lot of money at this FF location. Second, I have always had good service in the past and left positive reviews, but this time, I cannot say the same. I've been getting Botox for 10 years. I know my face, what works, how much it takes and where to place the needle to get the perfect result. About a year ago ago, my normal Botox technician was out of town so I decided to try FFA in Beavercreek. I always take 25 units every 3-4 months and it works perfectly. But, paid for 50 units for forehead only, to see what it would do. The facility is clean and I didn't wait to be seen. I was disappointed when the young lady came in and talked with me about what I wanted. When I told her exactly the places that work for me, she blew me off and attempted to upsell me ANOTHER 50 UNITS! I realize when they are trained in Botox, they get the canned "don't shoot here, don't do this" version...but it only takes a few weeks usually of actual practice to understand some faces require a little flexibility and tweaking to the standard method. The upsell really upset me. Despite the fact I usually only do 25 units (which includes eyes and forehead) and had paid for 50 units for JUST my forehead, she attempted to persuade me that I wouldn't get good results without ANOTHER 50 (for a total of 100 units!!!). That is absolutely mind-boggling. They def have "the more the better" approach and that just doesn't work with Botox. You hit a diminishing returns situation. I took the 50 units in the forehead, which didn't work as well as my usual 25 (eyes and forehead) because of the poor placement. My email was barraged, sometimes multiple times a day, with ads/promotions from them until I canceled. I have since returned to my regular Botox provider and 25 units. It is still giving me perfect results. If you are new to Botox, please understand that technique is essential. Any place that wants you to put copious amounts of Botox in your face, is not necessarily concerned about how look when you leave. Whatever you get here, I challenge you to find an experienced technician (ask how long they've been doing it and read reviews for your SPECIFIC tech) and ask for HALF what they give you here. I think you'll find you can get the same or better results for half the cost. Good luck! read more
