PLEASE READ and know I'm only trying to help you. DO NOT go to Ideal Image for Cool Sculpting, or anything for that matter. They will have you sign off on paperwork, without explaining one thing. What you are signing is a document that if anything goes wrong or you are not satisfied, you will NEVER get a penny back. I've never experienced so much pain and the girls are so inconsiderate. They want you in and out and don't give you time to get over the pain. They just keep going. i had my abdomen done and now I have no control over my bladder. I'm scared and they do not care. The manager won't return calls and corporate just tells you that's there is nothing you can do. They take your money even when you don't want to finish your treatment due to side effects, etc...I've never had worse customer service. They have damaged me and are making me pay for services not rendered. The worst of it is not one single person cares because they already got your money. I hope that people read this before doing any services at Ideal Image. There are much better places to go. I'm still waiting on a manager's call. I will keep you posted. read more

I have struggled with a busy schedule enough that I do let things go.... Easiest being my hair. Talking with Sarah has been easy, and she has made me feel great walking around in a bikini or even a dress knowing my hair isn't shining through. I walk a little taller and feel better about myself as a whole knowing I have one less thing to think about. SCAM ARTISTS DO NOT GO HERE. TOOK MY MONEY, PRODUCT ONLY LASTED 4 MONTHS, TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION (full details below) I went to this location in Sept 2024, explaining I was moving to NY and wanted to find a trusted location for botox to go to in both Ohio and NY. "We have a Queens location" they said so I mapped it out from my new apartment and it was a 25 min train away. "Perfect!" I said. I purchased 40 units of Xeomin (I had only ever had botox but it was cheaper and I was assured it was the same results HAHA) but was recommended only 37 units, so I had money leftover in my account. I was then told that I could receive a refund of the unused amount on the spot or transfer the remaining funds of my account to their Queens location. I chose the transfer which was the dumbest mistake I could have made. I moved to NY and noticed that the Xeomin had not lasted as long as the botox I was used to. Thats fine, maybe they had been conservative with it since I hadn't used it before. I attempt to schedule my next appointment at the queens location since I have money to use, only to be told that the ohio location would need to transfer the file and it would take roughly 3 days. Fine, I ask for the transfer. A week goes by and i hear nothing. I call the ohio location and ask for the transfer again figuring it was likely a miscommunication...again I hear nothing. I call again and ask for a refund instead of the account transfer (because fuck this place) and I'm told they will look into it....obviously they don't. I called AGAIN and am told to send an email about the situation with proof of my new location in the form of a lease, so I email the staff member I spoke on the phone with and (because I already expect to be ignored for the 5th time) I CC the ideal image customer service email. A customer service member finally calls only for them to tell me that they do not give refunds if I am within 60 MILES of a location.....who is driving 60 miles for this location? It turns out the Queens location was a pop-up that closed within days/weeks of my calling the first time, information that was not disclosed to me. Had I been told the closest NY locations were in a distant suburb 2.5 hour bus and train ride away and CONNECTICUT (I do not have a car in the city), I wouldn't have chosen the location as it was still $331 for 37 units of god knows what I put in my body. They now refuse to refund me the remaining amount on the account. If you're a one and done client, the service is fine but do not give them any additional money and do not expect any sort of communication because by god this was the most ridiculous experience I have ever had by a facility thats supposed to be medical professionals. read more

Great place! All the staff was wonderful. Tammy is incredible! My consultation with her was such a good experience; she was knowledgeable and personable. I didn't feel like she was trying to "sell" me anything, and I felt comfortable asking her questions. I purchased a great (temporary) deal, which included lip fillers and Botox (two sessions in my case) for $1000. They had an appointment that same day for my filler and needless to say I was nervous and excited. I've only had fillers in my nose, but lips are a totally different beast. Lisa was my provider for the filler and she was an angel! I had a moment where I was a bit dizzy and she was able to tell right away. She knew exactly what to do and made me feel better within a couple of minutes. I've always been scared of needles, but she didn't make me feel bad or rush the process at all. I was so comforted by her. The final product is amazing! She enhanced my natural lips and I couldn't be happier! I have no bruising and very minimal pain. I went there for a consultation. The frontline staff was super nice, and so was the nurse practitioner who checked me out. The sales rep was nice and not too pushy but I could tell that she was not too excited that I didn't buy a treatment right away. Ideal image services are a rip off. They offer the Lifetime Guarantee, but this is not a true guarantee of service. They will promote that you can receive unlimited services if you are not satisfied with hair loss and if new hair grows, you get to come in for a touch up. However, they do not write in the contract or tell you that each touch up is an additional charge! They are great at false advertising, do not fall into their trap! Moreover, they only give you a certain amount of time to complete your treatment. Each visit the treatments were prolonged so they could fit less treatments in the given time frame. Also, at the end of my treatments I had more hair in areas due to instructions from the clinic to shave areas prior to treatments. I went into the clinic to help with this and they said it was not something they could help with. On calling the corporate office, they said they were "unable to grant additional treatment" I feel like I have made a great mistake by trusting Ideal Image, please don't make the same mistake as me! read more

after writing my review on my experience with the beavercreek location, they responded publicly to my review, contacted me privately to express their "concern" for my bad experiece. I was told they would see what they would be able to do to make it right and that id get a call back after the weekend on Monday. That call never came Monday and so I reached out to the original email that had contacted me about my review and then received a call back on Tuesday, where I was basically told that I'm not eligible for any discounts or reimbursement or any type of resolution for the crappy customer service and terrible results I got. they offered to show me my before & after photo at the end of this call as if I didnt have to take these lips home and to work where they looked bad and everyone knew it because how can you hide botched lip filler. Everything about my experience with Ideal Image has been terrible. I concur with the many other reviews that there's definitely a pressure element to the sales. Worse, they require payment up front. I totally get that COVID has impacted a lot of businesses but it feels very dishonest to sell services that you know you can't actually provide for several months because you're overbooked. Trying to get them to refund the services that they're unable to perform in a timely fashion is a nightmare to boot. I purchased several services and was actually able to get one of them performed. It didn't go well either. I had filled out my medical history previously online and had disclosed my HIV status. During my appointment, when I went through my medication list I answered that one of the drugs was my antiretroviral. I told the provider I was undetectable and in normal health. I've never had any other health practitioner question that but she asked me when I was diagnosed, my cell counts and then excused herself from the room. When she returned she told me I had to have recent labs to show them or I couldn't get my treatment. I showed them to her on my phone and got the treatment. I was told for future treatments I'd need to bring labs with me. It was the most stigmatizing experience I've ever had with a "medical" provider. I won't return here because it is clear that they need to educate themselves on HIV. Botox is completely safe for patients with HIV. I had hesitations about them in the first place but in the future I'll go to an actual medical doctor to have my treatments as it is clear that they are not well educated or friendly to HIV+ patients. There are many decent and reputable dermatologists in the Dayton area that can provide a far more positive experience. read more

Do not waist your money! After I use all my treatment sessions included in package I still have my hair growing. They set up a "free" additional treatment and finally asked me to pay $50 they I come in for appointment. So they, actually, they did lie saying that it s free. Perhaps the greatest scam I've ever fallen for, and I'd like to consider myself aware of these things. Long story short, I showed up and signed up to have the hair removed from my neck. After many treatments, some very very painful by the way, the hair still grows on my neck. On top of that, they didn't warn me to pay my balance off by a certain date so I got charged over $1000 more for a service that didn't work. If anybody on here says that the hair removal works, they are friends or employees of that establishment. I have black hair so don't let them tell you "he probably had lighter colored hair". Very poor customer service when you pay $$$$ up front for hair removal and on my second treatment was told that they could not remove (1) one hair that I pointed out 1" above my jawline.  Evidently the technician would not remove the one (1) hair that I pointed out explaining that the area was not included in my contract.  I was stunned and in shock that a hair removal company would not remove ONE hair.  They received my full payment at the first visit including an additional amount for a lifetime guarantee.  Really? I've had Botox several places all over the country over the last few years (move a lot for job). Deborah is by far the BEST at Botox! She doesn't place the treatment so close to the brow that it droops or so high that you get the crazy arched surprised look. She's very gentle and you actually almost don't even notice the needle. I also had BBL with her and another practitioner named Lisa. Again, another positive experience. The office is very clean and they use all the correct precautions for cleaning your skin prior to treatment (I was going to an MD In Kettering who didn't even use alcohol prior to injection and he knew us was medical!!!!). Their prices are good and run great specials. Tammy is very responsive. I'd give 10 stars if I could. read more

Watch out! I had gone into ideal image to get an estimate on how much it would be to get ice sculpting treatment and decided that I was going to do it. I had made an appointment to do it in January and had also signed paperwork. I couldn't go to the appointment so I called and cancelled it. Ideal image charged me anyways! I then started getting phone calls saying I was delinquent in payments when I never even got the treatment!
