We get in the office, it takes another 5 minutes for her computer to get up and running. She checks us in. Then, we continue to wait for almost 10 additional minutes. She calls me back up to the desk and says "did you book your appointment online?" I said yes. She says "well it's my boss' fault, but the provider can't see you because she only sees children 9 and up. It's my boss' fault." I ask if there is another provider that sees children younger than 9. She says yes but we can't be seen until Thursday. And again tells me this is her boss' fault. No apology or anything, just interested in blaming her boss.
