Bryan Dooley has terrible bedside manner. Not friendly or warm I felt also after he looked at my face, he was making assumptions of what was wrong. I don't think he has the right background-education and experience to be treating patients. Only a Board certified Dermatologist in my opinion needs to be treating patients. They have the education, training and experience to treat patients. So I will not be going to this office again. I was very disappointed and unhappy. read more

I see Bryan Dooley at Wright State Physicians Dermatology, and I have zero complaints. He is very personable and likeable. I often mention my personal struggles or other medical issues that I'm dealing with, and he always asks if everything is okay. I appreciate that he goes above and beyond and makes suggestions for additional places and ways to get help or additional medical treatment. The staff is friendly. I've never had a problem scheduling, cancelling, or rescheduling an appointment. I'm currently having car trouble, and had to reschedule a recent appointment several times, as my car wasn't fixed when I expected it to be. The nursing staff was completely understanding. I have moved out of the Beavercrek area, but continue to go to this location, as I don't think that I'll find such good care anywhere else. We've gone or attempted to go for two different patients. Extremely difficult to get ahold of. Phone system goes through a main operator and then to the "dermatology department" but, almost without fail, we have rarely reached a live person without having to seriously run down all over the system - and even then usually end up in a mailbox. Since we have to wait for calls back and they depend on us being perpetually available talking to a human in a timely manner on their schedule, which is opaque, it is nearly impossible. This is an extra burden if you have any disabilities or use any disability aids to communicate. Administration staff are not patient, kind or flexible regarding communication, nor do they seem to take any responsibility or accommodate for the fact that their system makes it so difficult to get an actual human. (They are also rude to people with communicative disabilities). Medical staff at one point also wanted us to sign paperwork we were not comfortable with, that wasn't necessary for the procedure but seemed to have their hackles up when we hesitated; they wanted us to sign that something else had been signed or given and when we wanted that to be true before signing we received pushback. We had to push and educate for in person sign language intepreters rather than VRI. I could brush aside the paperwork issue and sign language issue because unfortunately the medical community in general, especially around here, can be terrible about this. I could perhaps deal with the attitudes (though you shouldn't) which make one feel crappy when seeking medical care. But when you have serious dermatological issues, and potentially skin cancer you can not be waiting to deal with people who can't be bothered to be accessible in real time or facilitate actual human to human conversation so that you can make appointments in a timely manner. I knew this from our first experience and tried to avoid going back but for the sake of a decent chance of potential skin cancer and the well known nature of the place and my unfamiliarity with physicians in this area I went with it anyway. I choose to look for someone else and you should too before you are put in a bad position as well. read more

Clean; kind & diverse. I appreciate efforts of the administration to create a diverse medical community. It felt great to be in hands of people that you could actually feel that they cared for your health. As opposed recently within the Miami valley I have felt likewise while at other area medical facilities whereas patients have become numbers instead of individuals. I just had the best visit with Dr. Rohan. First, when my son and I arrived, we were greeted by the receptionist with a smile. The medical assistant that brought us back into the room was very friendly and took her time checking my son and going over all of his health history. Dr. Rohan was very professional, and talked to my son went over his diagnosis with both of us and the treatment. This is one of the best experiences I have had at a doctors office. I got a flu shot and they messed it up so badly. My arm has been hurting for a few months now. They want me to pay for something they messed up on. I did not think giving a flu shot was that hard but maybe it is (idk I'm not a doctor yet). I should have gone to the little clinic or asked for another nurse. read more
