I walked into Glo Tanning a month ago to cancel my membership due to not having employment any…read morelonger. The girl at the front desk said that she would be able to make a note on my account and forward to the Manager and she would be able to cancel my membership. I just looked at my bank statement, and they took out another payment, after I gave a 30 day notice. I called customer service, and she told me that cancellations have to be made by calling or emailing Glo Tanning. I told her that I understand the policy but that the employees should make customers aware of this and not just take down information for it not to be taking care of. Customer service was not friendly and was no help therefore they will no longer get my business in the future.

This is the most expensive place to tan in Springfield. Beds are great But not the bulbs. The past 3 times I've tanned I've been lied to about all beds have new bulbs which haven't been changed since I can remember. The girls in there have been rude (obviously if they can lie to your face) and was very rude when shown this pic ive also shared with yelp. I sais something about thinking about just buying my own bed and the girl said you should. So to wrap this up high prices to be lied to and bad service = not good business and I will be buying a bed and leaving this for yall to deal with.
