There have been two issues since the company sold: 1. I called ahead to confirm pricing for a service. I arrived and saw the same price on the laminated pricing sheet. When I checked out, they charged me a higher price and said the sheet was wrong. They would not honor the posted price. If you go now, the price has whiteout over it and hand written the new price. 2. I got a manicure and went back same day because the polish was chipping. They told me it was my fault. Two employees started speaking between themselves so I couldn't understand. I used to love this spot. But the customer service is just terrible now. There are a lot of local nail salons with better service and make the customer feel valued.

I had let my hair go longer than it should for a haircut and when I called, they were able to fit me in right away. Kiley, who was rather new to the salon at the time, did a nice job on my hair and even spent some extra time with me trying to answer my questions about some different ways to style it with some hair clips I had brought along. I did not feel rushed and, in fact, wanted to linger to take it all in - so unusual was the experience compared to the chains or glitzy salons out there. The place was as clean as a whistle and obviously loved by those who take care of the place and run it. Thanks for being a real community resource with "personality plus". Oh, and the value price? I still had change left from a $20!

Anyhoo...I sat and waited and tried to relax and ended up sitting alone, eith no one checking on me for over 30 minutes.. I ended up getting up, wet feet and all..and walked out. I did tell the young girl at the front desk, that I could not wait any longer. Today was just so unprofessional..no sense of urgency or care was given to myself or to the two ladies waiting after me. They sat and waited on the couch for at least 15 minutes with no help. I will not ever go back here...and live 5 minutes away. Very disappointed ​
