Her professionalism and upbeat personality are second to none. You are always welcomed into a clean, well maintained, comfortable atmosphere. There are no stupid questions regarding her services and she is extremely knowledgeable regarding everything she offers. I have recommended a multitude of friends to her and each one comes back to me singing her praises. My 9 year old, to her misfortune has a unibrow. After much thought I brought her to Kiki to help get it under control. When she asked me to turn over, I couldn't understand her so I asked her if she wanted me to turn over and she gave me an attitude. When she was done she just left. I gave her a tip but probably shouldn't have. The ceiling looked nasty and the massage room was cold. No warm blanket and no bolster for the ankle or knees.

I had never been there before, but their great reviews and an open appointment made it an easy choice--and I'm so glad I went. My massage therapist, Ling Wemple, was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly thorough and clearly very knowledgeable. Not only did she use effective massage techniques, but she also incorporated stretching and other therapeutic modalities that really targeted my problem areas. From the moment we started, she focused on my concerns with professionalism and genuine care. I felt noticeably better right away--Ling truly went above and beyond. In the past, I've enjoyed massages, but typically only went if someone gave me a gift certificate. After this session, I realized the true therapeutic benefits of massage. I found this place on Yelp so it's only right that I review my experience…read more I was a first timer Brazilian and had no idea what I was doing. Alex was highly recommended on here so I made an appointment with her. Everyone I talked to really hyped up the pain of a first time Brazilian, so naturally I was terrified. Immediately, Alex made me feel comfortable and put me at ease. She gave me clear instructions on what to do ad made conversation the whole time. It was not awkward at any moment and, surprise, barely even hurt! Alex explained that the hard wax used at Affinity is less painful and shows better results than strip wax. I can now say this is something I plan to continue all summer long. It's so convenient not having to worry about shaving "down there", and even better knowing I have a person to go to who is amazing at her job. Affinity is a little pricey ($67 for the wax plus 20% tip) but it's completely worth it to me.
