Painless overall. My chin is the problem area as the skin is sensitive but the hair is very difficult to come out which requires a lot of time plucking after the wax. Akirah was amazing and professional. She definitely took her time and takes pride in what she does. She was knowledgeable and very friendly. She made me feel comfortable from the get go.
