I had to move my initial appointment up earlier on the day due to the employee calling in sick, but I actually think it ended up being a net benefit because I ended up with a great esthetician in Kelli. She knew exactly what she was doing and was very efficient, which was appreciated. Both a great conversationalist and a great professional, which made the time really fly by. I highly recommend requesting her, especially if you're a first time client. Respectful and smart.

This is a cute store. It's a bonus if you're from Ohio and you love all things Ohio. They sell a…read moreLOT of Ohio themed merchandise. There are coasters, cups, shirts, artwork... everything. It'd be a great place to go to get someone a gift who's away from home (Ohio). Anyway, their skin care products are pretty cool too. I smelled a few of the fragrances and some smelled nice. I tried a sample of their lotions and your skin super moisturized. Although I'll warn you that the main smell in most of their lotions is similar to the UdderlySmooth lotions you'd find at either Trader Joe's or Dollar Tree (in travel size). If you're not in to that smell, you might not like the lotions at Seabolt and Co. Also the lotions/body sprays are more expensive than say, B&BWs.

Made an appointment for a Brazilian & an underarm wax after receiving a 50% off email. My…read moreappointment was at 1:30 but I was not called back to the waxing room until 2:15. The cashier apologized profusely several times due to my unexpected wait. Once called back to what was supposed to be the waxing room, I was a little surprised to see a back room that looked to be a broom closet under construction with peeling paint. It was the polar opposite of the front part of the store which is elegant & beautiful. Afterwards, I was only charged for the half price Brazilian so I'm guessing the underarm wax was comped due to my 45 minute wait. I was appreciative and bought some lovely smelling pineapple bath salts for $6. Making things right is good customer service. I would like to give it another try but only if the waxing room looks a lot more inviting.

5 Stars - Transformative Massage Experience with Ling Wimple…read more Last Sunday, I booked a last-minute massage at Kettering Spa because my neck and back were really bothering me after a weekend of yard work and moving. I had never been there before, but their great reviews and an open appointment made it an easy choice--and I'm so glad I went. My massage therapist, Ling Wemple, was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly thorough and clearly very knowledgeable. Not only did she use effective massage techniques, but she also incorporated stretching and other therapeutic modalities that really targeted my problem areas. From the moment we started, she focused on my concerns with professionalism and genuine care. I felt noticeably better right away--Ling truly went above and beyond. In the past, I've enjoyed massages, but typically only went if someone gave me a gift certificate. After this session, I realized the true therapeutic benefits of massage. It's no longer just a luxury for me--I'll be scheduling regularly with Ling moving forward. Highly recommend Kettering Spa, especially if you can book with Ling!
