The price is all-inclusive, including color up to three colors/ haircut and style- however, I opted out of the haircut at the time, and the salon offered to provide me the haircut at no charge whenever I'd like to come back-- I thought that was really cool. They value their customers in a way I haven't seen at the often stuffy, expensive salons I've frequented for a good haircut/color service, and that makes me want to come back. I realize that working customers simultaneously isn't unusual but this was way past what was safe for hair to process. The last and final time I thought I would give it one more try. Same thing, except this was even worse. She didn't ask me about the color or preferred shade for my roots and was talking so much that I didn't realize she had put a very warm, reddish, brassy brown on my roots. (My natural hair color is a cool dark brown). The results are now that my hair is over processed and my otherwise healthy hair is like straw!! It's just a shame when someone is just trying to make that much money and throws quality under the bus. I am so upset and having to have treatments to repair my damaged hair.

I was a little apprehensive at first since I have had bad experiences at other salons around town.
