Madalyn texted the night before and asked if I could change my appointment for two days later. I said sure and she said she would see me then. Fast forward two days and I showed up for appointment at Madalyn's specified day and time. The receptionist informed me my appointment was the day before and I had missed it. I showed her the text exchange I had with Madalyn stating my rescheduled appointment. She apologized and told me Madalyn wasn't working and I'd have to reschedule. I was very disappointed and will be looking for a different salon.

I will be commenting on Denise Fugate. Denise was recommended to me by a friend when I was looking for someone nearby that is not outrageously priced. I have always left this salon feeling like a million bucks, but it doesn't cost anywhere near that. Recently, I had to cut some luxaries from the budget and went to someone else to get my hair done. BIG MISTAKE. It may only cost $10 for a haircut elsewhere, but it LOOKS like it! Denise fixed me up, good as new. The salon is clean and modern looking as they recently renovated.
