I love that she walked me through her process before starting and as she went along. I booked for an hour and it was the most relaxing hour of my life. She gave amazing scalp and shoulder massages throughout and she has the perfect pressure. The whole process just makes you feel so pampered and relaxed. Upon further research I saw that Kayla had openings for today. I was able to set up my appointment for this morning. I was a little apprehensive at first since I have had bad experiences at other salons around town.
