**Worst Barbershop Experience of My Life - Avoid at All Costs!** I walked into this dump thinking I'd get a simple haircut--biggest mistake of my year. This is the most HOOAH barber shop I have ever been to (aka Army type). Tony was an Army Ranger, and has a fantastic clientele. I got a beautiful high skin fade, and he even used a straight razor to finish off (all other Ohio shops that I've been to refuse to use a razor anymore). Went there Friday afternoon and there were 2 guys waiting ahead of me. After hanging up my jacket, the young barber with long hair invited me to his chair in which I replied "I believe these guys are ahead of me, aren't they?". He said they are waiting for the barber in the first chair. So I went to his chair. He asked me how I wanted it cut, I told him, and he cut it exactly like I said. He gets 5 stars for cutting the way I told him, and he didn't mess up my bangs like others have in the past, due to my cowlick. Will come here again if I'm back in the area. read more

STILL a GREAT place to get a haircut! Several years ago, I moved about 35 minutes away, but occasionally will still drive the distance, simply because Tony does it right. A real man's barber shop. You won't find any girly, gossip, or fashion magazines. Instead you'll find sports, car, biker, & manly magazines. You won't see "glamour" shots on the walls, instead you'll see UFC posters of Rich Franklin or Bengals posters. They actually listen to what you want and give you that. Other places ignore your request and cut your hair how they like it. Straight razor on the back of the neck with warm shaving cream feels amazing. You can actually have real conversations with the barbers. Talks about sports or cars or other manly things. My father-in-law who lives 5 hours away let's his hair grow out till he comes to visit us just so he can get his hair cut here. He won't let anybody else touch it. I would like to start off by saying I have been coming here for almost 2 years. I usually get my hair cut done by Alex, the barber on the end. On February 16. 2019, I walked in to find out that Alex wasnt working at the time. The Long haired kid (Sorry dont knows his name) in the barber chair 2, I told him I would let him try to cut my hair and he responded with I was up to the challenge. He asked me if I knew how I got it cut. I said no we will figure it out, he replied ok. I was joking and playing around with him and told him that if my hair cut wasn't right that it would be free. We all laughed about it. Well waiting for nearly a hour I passed out a few pieces of candy to the kids that were in the shop waiting. I was making small talk and joking around with the other customers and barbers as well, there was no foul language used due to having small children in the shop. The barber that was going to do my hair was finishing up his client and during that time the Barbers mother came in. She came in stood down at the end watching everything that was going on. When the barber finally finished his client before me the barber asked me personally if he could go outside and Vape before he stated my haircut. I was totally fine with that and told him id go smoke a cigarette with him. At this time his Mother fallowed us outside. I shook the mothers hand and introduced myself and offered her a mint. I then processed to tell her hopefully your son will be home tonight because he is going to be cutting my hair because Alex normally does. I was simply joking with her and him, as I have joked with the many times in the past. But his mother proceeded to say "You dont know who I am, I am a mean son of a bitch and dont threaten my son." I replied "You dont know me either." I instantly apologized to the Mother and Barber because I was simply joking because I have never had anyone else cut my hair but Alex. The barber was there several times I had to wait hours for Alex to just do my haircut. The Barber immitantly told me that I was being rude to him and his mother and asked me to get my cup and asked me to never come back. I feel like everyone in the shop jokes around with one other and I was singly pointed out because his mother was at his place of employment and took offense about one man and one boy was joking about. This was so unjust and unfair the way I was treated especially since how long i've been coming there and all the money I have spent there. read more

This was my first time visiting a barbershop and i'm glad i picked Tony's for my haircut. I didn't feel intimidated in there, regardless of being the youngest customer at any point and not really knowing what i wanted. It was a comfortable atmosphere and my hair looks better than it ever has. Definitely recommend Tony's. read more

Been there twice and they messed up my hair twice. Tony cut it once and some other the next. Listen to me? No. Pretty much just gave me a buzzcut. Could have done that myself and saved my money. Claims to have a head injury that limits his memory, but also has several rental properties and the barbershop business? Must make things interesting.. read more

I will never give this place my business again. I was turned away at the door at 3:30 in the afternoon. So I walked to Great Clips right across the parking lot. Just to see them take another customer while I was getting in my car. I like giving the independent entrepreneurs my money and not the chains. This is simply unacceptable. I always get my haircut here. Sometimes only one barber is working, but sometimes three are. But no matter which barber you get, they all do a fantastic job. Best place in the area to get your haircut. And it's only about $15. It's great. read more
