He does offer to make me an appointment, but is rude the entire time. I need a cut, and decide to give them another shot. This time I'll save myself the blood pressure boost, and call ahead for an appointment first. So I call, same rude M**F answers the phone. He first just seems extremely inconvenienced at having had to answer the phone. But then he's just such a.....well you know. He starts asking me about the type of cut I want, I tell him I just want a regular haircut. He asks me who I want to cut my hair, and has such a condescending tone, as if I should know the names of every barber that works there. I didn't know the name of the girl that cut my hair the first time until I went to their website to look up their info to post here. Needless to say, I made an appointment, but never went because after I got off the phone, I was convinced that if I went there and had to talk to that D**K I would go to jail. Bottom line, I had a decent cut by Debbi once, and krappy staff (the same guy) ruined the rest for me. It's a shame, Debbi was extremely nice and friendly while I was there, the even have this membership deal I was thinking of doing for my family after I left the first time.
