I made a reservation online that was quickly accepted, and received a reminder text the day before to confirm my appt. Thanh answered the door when I arrived and was so kind and sweet. She discussed what I was looking for and did an amazing job prepping my old luminary nails to be replaced. She was meticulous and made sure to trim my cuticles and get the perfect nail shape. The color we selected (for the Minnesota Vikings purple to honor my dad) was perfect. I can't recommend Thanh enough. Her services are great and at a wonderful price. The nail tech today barely spoke English and could not understand what we asked him to do. When the tech messed up and we asked him to fix his mistakes (since he did not do what we asked) he got mad and was very rude to my gf. He was moving her hands around but kept telling her to hold still (he was moving them, not her) his tone was very condescending and rude. He also was unable to do the design that we requested, but tried anyways and it turned out like this (see labeled pictures below). Needless to say we were very dissatisfied and will never be going back. He was very rude when asking her to do things. He didn't ask her, he just ordered her. "Show me the picture of the design" "Go wash your hands now" "stop moving your hands". Nail spa service is a luxury and is supposed to be fun, this nail tech took all that away. At the end when I went to pay, he had the audacity to smile and asked me for a tip. Of course I declined (never ask for a tip, if you did a good job and earned a tip, I will give you one). He then seemed angry/upset when I said no to a tip. He made a face and said "Oh! Ok." As if he was mad that I didn't tip him for the very poor job he did. A service business like this who is rude to their customers and cannot follow instructions will not be open much longer...regardless of how long they have been in business. Worst $85 we have ever spent DO NOT go here!!!
