I requested a woman technician because I've been here once before (male technician) with a poor experience but wanted to try this shop again. They did not even start on my nails until 6:50 and they were not that busy. Second, at 6:50 - a male technician came over to start my pedicure. My toe polish ended up being ok but it was the worst pedicure experience - no massage, rude technician, no respect for time. Third, ADA did my nails and was very rude, did not file my nails down, continued to say my nails were too short, and ultimately left my nails looking SO THICK AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I literally told her to STOP and that I would have to file and finish my nails at home because they were so incomplete. DO NOT GO HERE. (cleaned it as soon as wel got home) as for my nails. I wanted my old nails removed and acrylic overlay on my natural nails. she proceeded to cut my real nails down to nothing. hardly anything. and they were pretty long. she didn't do any shaping what so ever to my nails, none of them are the same length. most of them are crooked as heck. the sides aren't even filed down or even have acrylic on them. it was absolutely horrible. the pictures don't do justice for how horrible they are. I spend 160 bucks for nails that look like a child did them. with no experience. I'd like a manager or someone owner or something to reach out and make this right.
