First of all, I was charged 110 for a simole manicure. No polish, no design. Just glued tips on and clear coat. They weren't shaped the best, she used scissors to shape and cut wrong on a couple nails and they all look bubbled up at cuticle. I needed these for an event Saturday, now I'm just upset and embarrassed. Not to mention 130 because I tipped. I shouldn't have. That's almost double what anywhere else charges. I wish I could get a refund because these look horrible. CHECK PRICE BEFORE YOU BOOK!!! I feel she was dishonest. No way was this a 130 dollar manicure. Period. Celebrating my mother's 88th birthday I decided to take her out for a pedicure and manicure to start off our day. When I lived in Ohio 10 years ago I came into Jade quite often. I understand about six years ago they changed hands. Although the pedicures were comforting with salt scrub and foot soak, I was very disappointed in that the girl not only trimmed my toenails too short but she cut several of them crooked! Although my appointment was for pedicures there was no one else there so I asked if we could get manicures as well. There did not seem to be a problem so we went ahead. We had another appointment and time was getting away so I had to forgo the maximum manicure (which included paraffin wax dip) for a simple French polish. Even though I ask for my nails to be rounded she cut them square. It always amazes me that French tip manicures are charged more. My mother was to also have the maximum manicure. Even though I was charged for one, she did not receive the paraffin wax treatment. read more

Vee does my nails perfectly. I get dip manicures and they last 3 weeks easily and look beautiful. The products they use are top notch and don't chip or peel. She also takes the time to ensure I am happy with my color and that it matches my pedicure- even though my pedi is gel and may be a different line. I highly recommend! read more

I went to get my nails done with a friend and my sister. The people there were really friendly and did really great job with all three of our gel manicures. The place is relaxing and pretty(I prefer a small quiet place to get my nails done) I paid $25 for each of our gel manicures which I thought was a reasonable. I'm not sure how much it usually costs everywhere else, just because this is the second time I've ever had my nails done. But I saw a sign they had in front said they had a special on gel manicures on Tuesdays and Wednesdays for $22. All I have to say is they were very nice and did a great job on my nails. They didn't take forever, which I personally liked, and we all love how our nails turned out We will definitely be going back and I would highly recommend Jade Nails to anyone. read more

I got acrylic nails done here and they were just okay. Not worth the $45 I spent. Here's why: 1. Bad paint job; the tech didn't paint the sides or tips of my nails, and didn't paint close to the cuticles. 2. Acrylics were too thick; the acrylics were built up too high where my cuticles are, making them look cheep and unnatural. Overall the place is very clean and everyone who works there is very nice. But I'd rather pay for an excellent nail service than having a nice person talk to me. read more

She came back over and told me that she had an appointment in 45 minutes and I needed to come back later. I cannot recommend this place. I was visiting from out of town and wanted to get a gel polish manicure. I made an appointment for 12. I showed up at 12 and waited until 12:15 to be seated at a booth. I had gel poliswh on my nails so they used this plastic cup things that fit on each finger to soak off the polish. Never had that before, most places wrap in foil or just soak in a bowl. Anyhow, the guy told me these would be faster. He then proceeded to let me sit there for 45 MINUTES with these things on my fingertips. I've NEVER had to let my nails soak that long. While I was sitting there, he started working on another client and basically forgot about me. And remember, I had an appointment, it's not like I was a drop in. I finally complained to someone because those cup things were starting to get really uncomfortable and my fingers were throbbing. Finally another employee came to remove the cups and my fingers were purple and had deep marks where the cup was digging into my fingers. Now, it may have been fine for 5-10 minutes, but 45 minutes? And that was supposed to be faster??? What a joke. I've been getting gel polish for years and I've never had to soak that long. So then another employee started doing my nails and she did like 5 coats of gel polish on my nails. Normally its only 2-3. My nails were so thick and lumpy, they looked pretty hideous. But after being in the salon for TWO HOURS for a gel manicure, I was dying to get outta there since my appointment was at 12 and it was now 2pm!!! Will never go back. Trust me, you can find a better nail salon. read more
