If you give a person a price when you walk in that's the price it should be when you sit down and they finish not changing the price in between. I love my nail tech, but I don't like the way that they changed the price on you.

I called and complained and they first told me that were not charged for daughters nail polish - then I pushed back with the receipt $138 and added all the charges up. Then was told that they would fix it if we drove all the way back - but would not refund the $12 charge. Seems like an easy way to lose repeat customers who regularly spend a hundred or so every month. I guess we won't be coming back - words to management would be to change policy or allow polish to dry before sending kids off. It's not a great look.
