I had great service as far as everyone was nice to me but the design was not good at all. i got triangle french tips and they are just messy. my lady rushed to do them and i had to tell her to fix a few spots she missed and i get how everyone makes mistakes but its like she didn't even try to center the nail design. read more

I got gel polish on my nails. Within 2 days it was chipping off! I went in to get it fixed. I sat there 30 minutes and never got helped! I ended up leaving without ever getting my nail fixed! I would not recommend this place to anyone! read more

I went to go get my nails done with my mom we get there early and I asked for a simple design and I was told they could not do it. So I asked for a couple other different designs and each time it was shut down. I settled on a cat eye which I'm not mad at but that's not really what I particularly wanted I should have done more research and that is on me but it's fine I didn't think a couple of lines would have been that difficult on one finger. I got done with my session and honestly I was just Blown Away about how cool they looked because I normally don't have nails but then when I got home I noticed that my ring fingers were two totally different sizes. However because I didn't notice it in the salon they couldn't do anything about it it's whatever I won't be back. I remember this was the place to go around prom season and homecoming season 10 years ago LOL that's where I used to go for prom and homecoming anyway even for my wedding. read more

Today was my first visit to this salon. I should have walked right back out. The man that did my nails was disrespectful and rude the entire service. First off, I'm allergic to some products and he didn't even care. Secondly, I am a cosmetologist so I have a good idea how the business works. You do as the client wishes. I had to ask him to fix the edge of one of my nails because it was rolling down my nail bed. He said i don't see anything wrong and that I'm color blind. Needless to say, I won't be back.... the only plus to this experience is my nails look nice minus the one finger he refused to fix. read more

My wife took two of my daughters for a special night and to get paint only. The staff was very rude, made them feel like they were bothering them by coming in and the one tech decided to divulge her probation status loud enough for my kids to hear. What used to be the only place my wife would go quickly turned into the place she will never go back to. read more

I have always and consistently had a wonderful experience at Polish. Over the years I have been blessed enough to establish a friendship with several of the employees. I have never felt rushed and have always felt welcomed. The work they do is just beautiful and the care and attention the pay to each detail is extraordinary. MaryAnn is especially gifted in design and I always enjoy seeing the creative things she does with paint. I tried several salons when I moved to the area but once I found Polish, I never left. Very nice salon. Great customer service. They have tons of gel colors. And have them in stock.

I've been going here for years, however as of lately the service has declined. I'm not sure if the polish is different or what happened. I was told by "Mini" aka Jenny, that I should have chosen a darker color to avoid my nail polish changing color, why suggest another color if you didn't "know" the color would change. She couldn't schedule an appointment to fix it but I would have to just "drop in" and hope that she was available. I was also informed that everyone(employees) knows I complained and that they agree that I was in the wrong and had no right to complain. This being a Nail Salon that is providing services for the Public should be concerned that quality wasn't met with one of their clients. Whether I be the only person or 1 of 50 who complains that they didn't receive great service, it shouldn't matter. A few employees are still nice to work with however a nasty attitude is what I've experienced on multiple occasions. Apparently this is what I had to do to get my point across. I would rate this a 0 if possible, 1 star is being generous. read more

I have pink and white nails I live in springboro but normally go to a place near work I decided to try Polish last night on my way home they were awful. I waited an hour to be seen which would have been fine had they done a good job. I have terrible dark pink fill lines and soar 3 nails actually half the nail looks that way....I called this am to speak to owner who said well I probably have a different pink than your used to ... Yeah that's why I'm calling I'm not happy..... Sorry that happens I said well had you told me that BEFORE you did my nails and BEFORE I paid I wouldn't of had them done. I said I live in this town and planned on changing to your salon.....sorry nothing we can do.....really I just paid $30 for a crappy fill in that looks like a hack job um no I won't be coming back. I had a regular manicure on a Friday. Saturday evening the polish had already begun to peel off on multiple fingers. This was clear polish not even colored. The business only put one coat of polish on and that was it. I called the business the next business day to see if they were willing to repolish and I was told that the polish is not meant to last for more than a day. Go to them at your own risk.
