I won't be returning. I booked two appointments for 445 and called the day of the appointment to confirm. Arrive and my bonus daughter and I sat down at the pedicure chairs where I was completely ignored for 15 minutes. I asked if the water could be turned on and was met with rudeness and told to wait just a minute. Another 10 minutes go by and a tech comes by after walking by multiple times and asks if I was getting a pedicure...of course I am. Then comes back ten minutes later and says "sorry I was eating". Pedicure was fine. Pretty average. Not $50 though when I booked a basic pedicure and wasn't given any other option. She asked if I wanted a manicure I pushed back she kept pushing and I ended up with dip. Which my nails turned out super uneven I had to reshape them once I got home because I am attending a wedding and have no time to return. My bonus daughter has a fin so she only got one hand done. She likes it but asked for shorter and was told it wouldn't look right. And had some crooked. Went to check out and the girl grabs my card without telling me the total and just shoves it in the machine apparently hits tip because it just asked for my signature and showed total was $240+. All I am going to say is worst place ever!! When you have a schedule appt for 3 weeks you the the first reminder and the day of reminder. Drive and hour to get there to be told basically tough luck, your girl on vacation noone for you to do it. Rude anyway no one even said Hi how can I help you, just what you need??? Really and didnt EVEN try to work something out to help! SO beware if you go and your new with a appt. I went in for a fill in for acrylic. I got a special nail polish that they charged me for...fine. But they charged me $72.00!! That is completely ridiculous. With tip it was $81 for a fill in!! They did this to me last time as well. But I got a full set then (including extra nail polish)...and was charged the same as fill in!!! This place NEEDS set prices!!! Not sure about this nail studio. I went for a pedicure and dip for my fingers. Usually I get gel on my toes. The nail technician told me that there would be $20 up charge for the gel polish telling me that this is standard in every studio. C'mon!!!! Don't get me wrong- I realize that it cost more - but not a whopping 20 bucks!!! I went to this studio based on reviews but think I will make it a one time deal. During the pedicure the tried to convince me that I need a deluxe treatment. She could not guarantee that my feet would be satisfactory if I would choose a regular pedi. Since my last nail salon is no longer under the same management, I sought out a new salon to get my pedicures. This is my second time here and it's much better this time around. The first time it was busier and we had a bit of a wait. I don't mind that as I know things happen. I am was happy to walk in and be greeted by name and to pick my color after checking in. I was quickly in my seat and being pampered. I get the signature pedi because I want the extra scrub and callous remover. Staff wears masks for those curious. I also love the resident pup but there to greet you. The massage chairs work and are. Ice. They use covers over the soaking tubs which I also like. The big thing for me is I suffer from ingrown toes and I need some to cut out. It's Al it easy to find someone that does so with care. I have had it done now and feel comfortable going to get this service knowing I can get this resolved. Colors are not as vast as other salons but I am not as picky as some who want the latest perhaps? I have my standby colors. I know boring. Anyhow, I hope you will consider visiting and book your appointment online. So much easier! read more

Came into the salon wanting a full set. Mimi was rude and rushed through the appointment and the quality shows. Each nail is crooked and uneven. I would not trust her to go back and get them fixed. She made phone calls and answered text messages the whole time, couldn't even go 5 minutes without answering her personal phone - saying it was her husband about what's for dinner. I scheduled an appointment online and then because I could t find pricing on the website, I called to verify how much the services would cost so I'd know how much cash to bring and that's where I immediately cancelled. The service I got over the phone was horrendous. Whichever woman answered the phone was so rude and unprofessional, I was honestly blown away. She refused to listen to me and seemed even angry/annoyed at the services that I'd scheduled. ("Oh my god, you scheduled a WHOLE hour for a massage? Jeez.") Was visiting family when I was introduced to this nail salon. Great place with friendly staff. Mimi is great! The staff worked quickly and did a great job on my pedicure. I was recently in for pink and white and a pedi. While I was getting my nails done by one employee another employee stood watch while commenting on the size of my breast and the contents of my open purse as well as 50 questions about my personal life. Annoying.Then, when I was getting my pedicure the employee stabbed my foot with her tool and while Iwas bleeding she had me put my foot back into the bowel while she rinsed her tool off in the sink. She never did my pedicure only a nail polish and a calf rub. After she was done she sprayed the tub lightly and whiped it with a paper towel. Im pretty sure this technique does not disinfect the tub or tool of human blood. When I was paying my 85 dollar bill the employee wanted cash, not my credit card. I am entirely APPALLED at this salon! My grandma came to this salon a few days back to get her nails done and while she was picking out a polish, she accidentally dropped and broke a bottle of nail polish. Mimi then told her "you break it, you clean it" while setting down a jug of acetone and cotton balls in front of her!! ARE YOU SERIOUS? My grandma is 72 years old with severe arthritis and had to get on her hands and knees and clean up glass and nail polish in front of an entire nail salon. She was embarrassed by Mimi and could have been cut by the glass. While I understand that it may be annoying to staff that a nail polish was broken, they must understand that these things are bound to happen. It isn't like they lost a lot of money from the bottle of nail polish being broken either, as the nail polishes are so diluted with acetone so that they may last longer. I am absolutely repulsed by the unprofessionalism and downright disrespect towards an elder. You should be ashamed. Please do not go to this salon. read more

I do not like posting reviews, however I was so dissapointed today, i wanted to express my dissatisfaction with a pricey, non-customer friendly service. I walked in having never been there. I noticed the place seemed nice, spacious and relatively clean. A woman who seemed in charge came from the back and yelled "what do you want?" I explained, she looked at my hands and told me very curtly, 5 times that whoever did my nails before her did a terrible job. She then asked me at least 8 times to change my mind about what i wanted because it wouldn't look "natural" right...glitter isn't all that natural :) when I wouldn't change my mind, she got nasty and screamed for another woman to take over. I should have left...$40 for a fill is rediculous, I was nothing but kind and tipped. The woman who finished my nails was lovely and did a good job but I will never go back, for rudeness and charging too much. read more

It is correct that Mimi is extraordinary in how she does nails. As a matter of fact I have never found anyone better. Unfortunately, she had a habit of forgetting when she told me to come in and I would end up waiting for her; even when I made sure I was her first appointment of the day. These changes to my appointments were difficult since I had moved a half an hour further away from her shop than when I first started going there. I can understand schedule changes, occasional delays and even forgetting to put someone on the books from time to time. However, Mimi never apologized when these things happened, nor called me to let me know ahead of time if she would be late or if someone else wanted my appointment time. In the beginning, she was very nice and accommodating, thoughtful and very eager to please. And, although her nail expertise was always top notch, I just grew tired of feeling like I wasn't that important of a customer when I was paying top dollar for her service. She is an awesome nail tech and can be a sweet and charming person, and I miss going there for my regular nail service. Regretably, I have still not found anyone comparable who can do my nails and pedicure the way she did. If you don't mind unpredictable timelines, then Holiday Nails would work for you. She will never fail to deliver once you sit down in the chair! Bring cash with you as that's what she prefers. read more
