I was recommended this salon by a close friend. They accepted walk-ins! not all places do accept walk-ins which is weird. I got a pedicure and manicure. I decided to get tips and do acrylic for the Christmas season. They did not disappoint, I love my nails and I've been getting so many compliments on them. My husband even loves them! I had a picture from Pinterest and she did an absolutely beautiful job. I'm actually so sad to have to take them off once my nursing school term starts back up in Jan. Look at the pictures and get your nails done here!! I don't remember my nail tech's name, but She was awesome! read more

Reasonably priced and they did a good job of painting my toenails. But I feel like the polish could be more organized and I wish they had more options for colors. read more

Consistent great manicures and pedicures. Friendly and very professional staff. Prices are quite reasonable and the nail color inventory is vast and up to date. My only complaint is the TVs being tuned to afternoon soaps. Aaugh! read more

This Salon is uniquely great at what they do! They definitely appear to be under great management. My nails had never looked so perfect or lasted so long until coming to Galaxy Nails. Henry is extremely talented in his craft and he leads a team of highly qualified technicians with a "customer first" attitude. Each time I walk through the door, I am instantly greeted with a smile and my requested service (mani/pedi) is ready to begin within just a few minutes. The environment is positive, calm, and easy to enjoy. Highly recommended!! read more

Horrible. Did my pedicure in like 10 minutes. All my nails have a different shape, some are oval the other square. Save your coins because 53 for a gel pedicure for this ain't it. read more

I have been coming to Galaxy Nail since the opening and they continue to do a great job. They offer pedicures, manicures, gel nails, and foot spa packages. All the technicians are all super friendly and know you by your name. The ambiance is relaxed and they have 3 large big screen televisions. They have 8 pedicure stations with full on back massage chairs. They have 8 manicure stations. Such a relaxing place for a pedicure. This place is super clean with top of the line equipment. More importantly the staff is friendly, professional and thorough. They are super attentive every time I come here for a pedi or mani. They also provide services for kids, men, and ladies. I would highly recommend this location for top of the line service for your nails. read more

I was in need of a pedicure and went to this nail spa since it is close to my new home. I found it kind of odd that 4 different ladies gave me the pedicure. Everything felt rushed. I liked that they had partitions between the stations but didn't like that there was zero social distancing in the waiting area. I asked the staff if I should wait outside and was told no and to sit down. I was the only customer at first in the waiting area but soon it was filled with other customers and we where pretty close together. The chairs are only "one chair distance" apart and people who couldn't find a seat where standing around in the small waiting area. I think I will skip this nail spa for a very long while. read more

Came in for a pedicure and was done in less than 20 minutes. I was never asked what type so I just got what was given. I had a pedicure three weeks ago so maybe my cuticles were ok but I had split my big toe and cracked another on a stumble so I needed a cleanup and refresh. I was shown my seat and no chance to soak toes beyond a minute maybe two. She began clipping and filing with both feet out of the water and was done in under three minutes. The clipping was done with the cuticle tool and it hurt at times. Never seen my toes cut with those before but I couldn't see as her hand placement was hindering my view but when I did notice and raise concern over my toe hurting she didn't check with me or try to resolve. I knew it was useless to further this. My feet went back into the water for another minute and then she used file for bottom of feet and followed with oil massage. Maybe 6 minutes? Then she grabbed a hot towel to wrap both legs and wipe off excess and start painting. Not very good with painting my toes. She skipped some areas and I asked for a cleanup on large toe and she basically started talking but it was unintelligible and not my language so I am sure it was an insult. She seemed tired and annoyed with my request to do a small decoration so I skipped and just elected for this polish but it wasn't what I wanted. I was ready to leave. I think there are better techs here but I wouldn't suggest her or find someone that comes here and recommended a specific person. Was it the worst, no! But I wouldn't make this my place to go. read more

If you are looking for a quality nail tech Cindy is your answer! With a hectic schedule she could always squeeze me in. She was so helpful and so kind! Their prices are really good here as well! Only downfall is the tv. I swear everytime I'm there young and the restless or some boring soap opera is on and sitting there for a hour makes me ready to pull my hair out. read more

This is the worst set of nails I've ever had. The nail tech very painfully popped off all of my nails even though I was constantly yelping in pain. She was very abrasive the whole time, not pleasant at all. On top of that, her shaping was God awful as she made my nails flare out at the ends instead of neat and narrow with my natural nail beds. She was supposed to design flowers but they were very sloppily done. I am extremely frustrated that I paid close to 70 dollars for a terrible set. read more

They DO NOT CLEAN THEIR UTENSILS. My finger has been red & throbbing. I looked next to my nail today and found out it was infected because of their utensils. Green puss needed to be popped on the side of my nail in order to get the infection out. DISGUSTING. I will never go there EVER AGAIN. read more

Was rude, ignored us, and didn't even finish my pedicure completely. Then over charge me. never coming here again and wouldn't recommend it.

If you are concerned about Covid-19, stay away from here. They have two stations set next to each other, and one has a plexiglass shield, one does not. For appearances sake, it looks like they are practicing 6' social distancing. The problem is they use both stations and one is protected and one is not. I had my nails done, and they are highly damaged. I had to cut them back myself because of splitting and breaking from the tools they used to file them. My nails are now rough, gouged, split, dull and broken. As I said, find another salon where cleanliness, safety and general knowledge of how to do a manicure are evident. read more

Would you have paid 40 for this? Nahhhh. Save your money and go somewhere else. I asked her if she could make them shorter and she didn't say a word to me after that. I tried to pick a color on the rack. Instead she told me to sit down and gave me an option of 6 colors. There's a weird burn mark on my thumb nail that she made and didn't bother fixing. The pink needed an extra two layers to actually be the color it's supposed to be. Getting your nails is suppose to be a place and time to relax, I felt like a bother and I was stressing with how bad my nails looked. read more

My first visit was just ok. I thought maybe we were rushed because they were busy, yet we had an appointment. Today was worse. Fir my daughters birthday she asked to get acrylic nails and I thought why not? The technician did a horrible job!!! I'm very disappointed. They are uneven, and raised. There is also lent under the clear polish that you can see! My pedicure was rushed and they only put one coat of polish!!! But charged $3 extra for OPI polish....keep in mind 90% of their polish is OPI. The massage is so light, it's pointless. I'm in heels all week, I need a real foot massage that is worth $43!! Oh yeah last time I got the regular pedicure, this time i thought i would get the galaxy pedicure thinking it would be better...it was exactly the same but $13 more. I WONT BE BACK!! read more

I was in town from California for a wedding and desperately needed my nails done. There were a few places near our hotel but they were very over priced and didn't have good reviews. I decided to try Galaxy nail spa. I called to make an appointment and she was able to take me within 30min. I got a fill with gel and a pedicure. The same woman did both and she was great! If I am ever in Ohio again I will definitely return! read more

It was my first visit and my last. I wanted a set of rounded french tips but what I received after she filed the heck out of the nails looks like oval eggs. The individual that did them was very hard to understand and on top of that she spoke so quietly it made it even worse. She didn't push back my cuticles or cover my complete nail and so the process once complete just looks awful. They use a tiny little fan for drying as opposed to the infrared sensors other salons use. I'm less than impressed with this place. read more

This was my first visit to Galaxy Nail Spa and I was thoroughly impressed! I arrived right when they opened so I only had to wait a few minutes why they got everything ready. They were pretty busy, but my friend and I still got to sit next to each other and enjoy our spa day. My pedicure was wonderful! Very relaxing and just what my poor feet needed. The girl that did my pedicure was great and very good at making my feet look great. For $30, I will definitely be going back! read more

Henry, Helen and their crew are amazing, I have done my nails with them for for more than 11 years, they always do a great job, will recomend this place to anyone. read more

Their prices are affordable, but I guess that means you get that you pay for... Ive been here multiple times and it seems like EVERY time I go here something is wrong with my nails. Either they can't shape them properly, the polish is messed up, or my acrylics fall off days after, and they aren't willing to fix it. They have tiny dryers and while my nails were drying they had two people sharing a tiny fan, my nail got bumped and the polish got smudged. Not my fault, when I asked them to fix it they would repaint it they insisted to just do another coat and now one nail is way darker(it was a nude color) so one is almost pink and the others aren't, and you can still the the bumps under the thick coat, after expressing I was unhappy they didn't care and told me it was "fixed". Tired of them doing poor quality work. Will never go back. read more

This is a great option for nail care in the area. I did a gel mani and pedicure, and they stock exclusively OPI colors for polish and shellac. I was in and out very quickly, and the facility was lovely. The price is $30 for the gel mani, with the shellac change being $20. I haven't been to many salons in this area, but it seemed very reasonable. read more
