I asked if I needed to let them know I was there since they couldn't physically see me & was told no. I arrived 10 minutes early and dutifully sat in my car. At 11:00 I turned to my texts and waited. And waited. 11:05, 11:08, 11:10, no text/call. Now I do appreciate how things have changed due to Covid. I am in the service field myself. But if you are going to be over 5 minutes late, you should notify the client. At 15 after, I called and, without asking my name, was told my tech was running behind. At 18 after I called again and was told they had called, probably while I was talking to them, and had left a message. But no text. The saving grace was that the nail technician was great. Worth the wait, kind of. I definitely will book with her again. The prices are terrific. However, it would still have been nice to have gotten a call to say they were running late. Since I was sitting in my car it felt as though I had been forgotten.
