When the time came for the appt not only did she make them look like shark teeth and not almond shape she attempted the design and said she was "not feeling it" and made judgement herself and created what was poor and terrible quality and not worth the $60 bucks! The only reason I decided to try this place in the shady ass Walmart was because it was "cheaper" than all the other crappy, expensive nail salons in the dayton area. The damn bitch nearly burnt my legs off with her "warm" towels!! The rest of the pedicure was pretty normal, but then when I moved to the manicure cubby she hit me with the burning hot towel again! I kept telling her it was too hot and she just looked at me like she didn't know what I was saying. Now I know English ain't her first language but I know she was pretending not to understand. The colors SUCKED by the way. I wanted a nice dark brown on my toes and hot green for st pattys day, but all they apparently seemed to carry were hot pink and reds. The associate who assisted me was very friendly and knowledgeable! I was assisted by either Lexi or Desirae, but unfortunately, I did not get the associate's name! I only know the names from calling the store and asking the associate who answered the phone & asking her. At any rate, I purchased the hair color and some other items and also asked a few questions about products and how they work, etc. My questions were answered. I was very happy with my experience there. I have been there before and have always been treated well. I highly recommend this store!
